Demolition of Brickwork built in cement mortar including all quioins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed .

M&L Brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

S & F MS steel work in tubular trusses,purlis and tubular posts a including special shaped washers etc, complete using but welded tubes confirming to IS 1161- 1979 graded St 240.

M & L for flat iron fillets for wind tie etc including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 310 complete all as specified and directed .

M & L two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide incl preparation steel surface over 10 cm in width or girth .

M & L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint incl preparation old steel surface over 10 cm in width or girth .

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed .

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or L or J hook as specified and directed.

S & F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair/unfair faces of brick or concrete surfaces surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified .

M&L for preparation of new surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint on wall complete all as specifed and directed.

S & F for 0.8 mm thick Plain, galvanised, mildsteel sheeting, in ridges,hips, valley gutters, dripand straight flashings(length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 ® ; cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, including necessary form work complete all as specified.

M&L two coat synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide incl preparation steel surface n exc 10 cm girth/width all as specified.
