Demolition of cement Concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving's not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and remove rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in floor or similar work complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement or lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles including removal of debries from site complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparing new plastered surface of walls and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing old treatment from external wall surfaces, removing nails, etc. filling cracks, holes with putty and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over 1mm thick external wall putty complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed

S& F mild Steel work in framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed

M&L preparation of new surfaces or previously untreated surfaces of steel and iron work of any description over 10 cm width or girth with applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out carefully precast RCC cover slab of septic tank of capacity 10 users, Cleaning of septic tank by pumping out water, sludge and sediments by mechanical means, transporting the water, sludge, sediments etc in covered trucks/carts and buried in a suitable size of pits as directed by Engineer in Charge at a distance exc 250m and n exc 500m including necessary excavation in any type soil , refill and disposal of surplus soil etc complete, cleaning of septic tank with water, placing back the cover intact after inspection, removing of bush, vegetation's and other growth nearby septic tank to an extend of 3m all around, complete all as specified and directed. Note : The quoted rate includes for keeping particular septic tank functional upto the contract period.
