Amount

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and getting out including trimming of sides, for laying of cables & foundation of poles, stay assembly, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old HT under ground cable from trenches / floor / road / pipe / pole of any size and description incl joint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of semi conducting compound conductor screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured XLPE insulated heavy duty 11000 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 Sqmm x 3 core confirming to IS 7098 Part-II, suitable for earthed system complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : 1. The end termination joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. 2. Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning and protection cover will be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for sand cushioning with layer of sand 8cm thick before laying of cable and 10 cm after laying of cable in trenches complete all as directed and sand cover to UG cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- For payment purpose only punned thickness of sand will be measured.

M&L for factory made un-reinforced pre cast concrete cable protection cover class HVP, Type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm laid across the cable (i.e. width of cover along the length of cable) for HT UG cable protection on the top of the sand cushioning, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of galvanized iron pipe of 100 mm nominal dia light grade fixed to poles with clamps nuts, bolts and washers or laid under road crossing or fixed to wall including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide paint, complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge .Note : The cost of MS clamp, nut, bolt, washer and GI fittings etc shall be inclusive in the item rate.

Supply jointing and testing Outdoor type cable end termination joint (Heat shrinkable) suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 240 Sqmm x 3 Core, 11000 Volts (Earthed) grade, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as srl item no 9 here-in-before but indoor type for cable size of 240 sqmm 3 core. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply jointing and testing outdoor type cable end termination joint (Heat shrinkable) suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm x 3 Core, 11000 Volts (Earthed) grade, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as srl item no 11 here-in-before but indoor type for cable size of 95 sqmm 3 core. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying, fixing, jointing and testing cable jointing kit for 11KV (earthed system) grade cable for STRAIGHT THROUGH heat shrink type joint complete with jointing materials and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm x 3 Core, 11000 Volts grade, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for dry, blue colour silica gel crystal impregnated with cobalt suitable for transformer breather complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dehydration/filtration of transformer oil of Transformers & Stabilizers of various capacities installed at MH Sub Station by disconnecting plants electrically for recirculation existing transformer oil with trolley mounted filtration plant till dielectric strength is not less than 50 KV complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (I) Test result will be recorded before & after filtration of oil.(ii) Contractor should make his own arrangement for oil filtration plant including transportation complete.(iii)Transformer oil for topping up will be measured and paid in relavant item as required.

Supply and Filling Transformer Oil of good quality for Topping Up transformers 500 KVA, 160 KVA & Servo voltage Stabilizer 100 KVA Capacity having dielectric strength not less than 50 KV , flash point not less than 135 degree C , having low viscosity for filling or replacing the old oil complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for disconnection of transformer from HT power supply, check all leakage portion at Transformer and clear all leakage to repair / replacement of gasket sheet or necessary welding if required including electric load balancing for 500 kVA transformer complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. Note :Necessary required gasket sheet or gas welding are included in quoted rate

S&F in replacement breather assembly complete suitable for any model of transformer rating 500 KVA to air column of conservator tank complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacment HV/LV Metal Parts suitable for indoor/outdoor type 500 KVA transformer complete with brass stud,brass nuts, brass cup and packing gasket complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling the Existing Damaged Danger Notice plate from the HT Poles keeping away from site and M & L Danger notice plate of 1.6mm mild steel sheet , vitreous enamelled white ,with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS Clamps,bolts,nuts of approved size for HT, 25x20 mm size. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L Anti-Climbing device spike type fabricated out of MS bars ( round,square and flat) including nuts,bolts and washers weight 05 kg and welding into two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole suitable for 11 KV RCC/Steel Tubular pole complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling & taking down of air break gang operated switches vertical/horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism for repair/ replacement of broken/worn out components and insulators etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preparing old painted steel or iron surfaces of HT Pole and connected accessories of any type and description by cleaning dirt, oil, grease etc, removing the old paint, rust by scratching with wire brush / emery paper etc, after disconnecting HT electric connection and apply two coat of aluminum paint over one coat of red oxide primer and writing of letter Pole / MES No etc of 10 cm height with yellow synthetic enamelled paint after making circular base with black synthetic enamelled paint and making all HT electric connections and testing the same, complete all as directed by engineer-in-charge

M & L Detecting of fault of under ground cable any size and description by veh mounted computerised PULSE GENRATOR fault detector system to accertain correct location of fault and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Laying in replacement synthetic rubber insulating mat of size 2mx1mx2.5 mm for 11KV two/four pole structure complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing 200 amp PVC flexible fuse ring Jumper yellow/red color suitable for existing GO/DO 11KV two/four pole structure complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2, using stone aggregate 40mm graded as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using stone aggregate 20mm graded, with and incl necessary form work where required and fair finish to the exposed surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2, using stone aggregate 40mm graded as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of LT UG cable XLPE insulated galvanized steel strip heavy duty armoured electric power cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade 240 sq mm 3.5 core confirming to IS:7098 (Part-I), suitable for earthed system, laid in duct/trench/along pole/wall etc including nuts, bolts, washers, saddles & screws etc and making connection, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : 1. The cost of Al thimbles/lugs and cable gland etc is included in quoted rate and no extra payment will be made for it. 2. Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning and brick protection will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

M&L for preparing old painted steel or iron surfaces of LT Panel of any size and description by cleaning dirt, oil, grease etc, removing the old paint, rust by scratching with wire brush / emery paper etc, with and incl repairing/refixing of existing panel doors with hinges, by using of gas welding or fixing new panel door of same size and shape made of 2.0 mm thick steel sheel, as per site requirement, with and incl all kind of machine work i.e. cutting, bending, pressing, threading, welding, jointing etc, after disconnecting LT electric connection and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc and making all electric connections and testing the same, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note : (i) All necessary electrical connections to be checked and fixed in a proper manner as reqd and removing all dirt, dust etc with the help of air blower. (ii) Replacement of all minor parts will be measured on the quoted rates and major parts will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Repair / Maint / Servicing of Air circuit breaker of 1000A, 50 kA installed installed at Power House at MH Jodhpur complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) While servicing on ACB disconnecting all electrical connection, carried out necessary overhaulling, cleaning and servicing and refixing the same after the work completed at existing position with all including minor replacement parts, capacity and make all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Replacement of all minor parts rates to be included on the quoted rates.

Repair / Replacement of Motor as per existing make for Air circuit breaker of 1000A, 50 kA, electrical drawout type installed at Power House for 500 KVA DG Set Panel at MH Jodhpur complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of Air circuit breaker of 1000A, , C Power ACB, Ue 415V - 50 / 60 Hz, Icu 50 kA, Ics 50 kA, Icw, IS / IEC 60947-2, BS EN 60947-2, Utilization category B, electrical drawout type installed at Power House for 500 KVA DG Set Panel at MH Jodhpur complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for load balancing of three phase system at Main LT Panel upto Sub LT Panel of any size and capacity complete including disconnecting of existing cables and refixing the same as per load balance requirement including replacement of burnt/carbonized aluminium thimble of any size and capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Necessary eqpt and safety measures, stationary reqd for load balancing arranged by the contractor without any extra cost. M&L for load balancing of Single/three phase system at LT Panel upto Distribution box / Bldg Main supply of any size and capacity complete including disconnecting of existing cables and refixing the same as per load balance requirement including replacement of burnt/carbonized aluminium tube terminal of any size and capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Necessary equipments and safety measures, stationery and T&P required for load balancing arranged by the contractor without any extra cost. UG cable should be connected with Al thimbles/lugs in proper way is included in quoted rate and no extra payment will be made for it. 2. While servicing on Voltage stablizer disconnecting all electrical connection, carried out necessary overhaulling, cleaning and servicing including dehydration of oil to be carried out. Testing of Voltage stablizer to be done properly.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning, in replacement, Junction box, cubical type, factory made, outdoor type of Size 45cm(l)x30cm(w)x60cm(h) , dust and vermin proof, fabricated out of mild steel sheet not less than 3.15 mm thick, complete with openable shutters in front and rear having proper locking arrangement including including 04 Nos legs made out of angle iron of suitable size and height of each leg shall be grouted in PCC and aluminium bus bar of size 400 Amps capacity , Three phase and neutral bus bar , making hot and cold drilling holes to aluminium bus bar . Junction box shall be spray painted internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a priming coat of red oxide primer and connecting all incomming and outgoing cables with suitable size of Aluminium lugs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement TPN/FP 63 Amps C curve 415 volts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
