S & F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI Based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in eaves board fixed with selp tapping screw as specified

Taking down tar felt with cement plaster from roof surfaces and lowering and removing the same to a distance exc.500m and n. exc. 1.5 KM incl removal of finishes up to mother slab complete all as specified

M&L for 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with WPC over existing roof surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

M&L for waterproofing coating with Polyurethane based Smartcare PU Aqua of make Asian paints or equivalent brand of Anupam/STP/Pidilite for liquid waterproofing membrane to be applied by brush with three coats,minimum dry film thickness 1mm thick and shall be cured by atmospheric moisture to give tough elastomeric waterproofing membrane, complete as specified The material should have the below mentioned charecteristics- Density : 1.2 kg/l Crack Bridging ability : upto 4mm Elongation at break: 450% (ASTM D 412) Tensile strength: >1.50 N /mm2 (ASTM D412) Solid Content: 60% Water impermeability, 7 MPa, 72 Hours: 0 mm (BS EN 12390-8) UV resitant

Dismantling wall and ceiling board (fibre pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards any thickness including cover fillets

Supply and fixing aluminium anodised snap grid false ceiling to support the boards / tiles with aluminium Tee section 35 mm x 25 mm x 1.40 mm cross Tee 23.50 mm x 23.50 mm x 1.40 mm and aluminium angle 25 mm x 25 mm x 1.40 mm as on edge / sides including hanging proper hanging arrangement with 4 mm dia anodized galvanised iron wire and adjuster complete as specified.

S&F 4mm thick (E-Boards) Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws in ceiling complete all as specified

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified
