Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick, concrete or stone walls or ceiling including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish off complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on stone /block masonry surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Flush pointing to block in course or ashlar masonry or concrete block walling cement in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered of wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of cement primer in different tints as approved complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered external wall/roof surfaces of any storeys / height any description and applying two coat of exterior emulsion paint (weather coat) over one coat primer 1st quality in different tints/shades in camouflaging pattern as approved complete all as specified & as directed. Note : The work for periodical services shall include the following and the rates quoted by the bidders shall include the same :- (a) The work pertaining to periodical services shall be executed by the contractor as per MoU from authorised applicator through manufacturer of the materials like Exterior Emulsion paint, putty etc after approval by the GE. (b) The Contractor shall upload with the documents under cover I "Memoradum of Understanding" (MOU) with at least one of the manufacturers mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall be laible to be rejected. (c) Use of Scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures. (d) Removing of Nails, making good holes, cracks etc (e) Work in patches and in narrow / widths, bands, cornices, pilasters etc and cutting in edge of line where necessary. (f) Spreading and removing covering to doors, windows, floors, fittings etc to protect them from splashes. (g) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery , electric fittings , wirings etc. Drops and splashes of paint to be cleaned to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (h) Sample patch of 10Sqm be prepared considering the item of periodical and shall be got approved from GE prior to carrying out further work
