SCHEDULED PART-I (External electrification system and Earthing) Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. upto 35 sq. mm

do- but Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm

do- but Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm

Supply test & commissioning LT UG cable XLPE insulated sheathed and armoured, with aluminium stranded conductor, LT 1100 Volts grade of size 35 sqmm 3.5 core, including dismantling the existing unserviceable UG cable complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 4 above, but 50 sqmm 3.5 core incl taking down old unserviceable UG cable

All as per item No 4 above, but 70 sqmm 3.5 core incl taking down old unserviceable UG cable

All as per item No 4 above, but 95 sqmm 3.5 core incl taking down old unserviceable UG cable

All as per item No 4 above, but 120 sqmm 3.5 core incl taking down old unserviceable UG cable Note for Item No 4 to 8 : Earth work excavation, sand filling, bricks for cable protection,GI pipe and PCC work will be measured and paid saperatly under relevant items.

Supply and fix 40 mm bore dia, medium grade, GI pipe for protection of cable under floor/ road/ trenches etc including taking out existing old unserviceable/ rusted GI pipe complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No 9 here in before, but for 80mm bore dia pipe.

M&L for cutting/ dismantling of floors/ walls etc for laying or passing under ground cables, including provision of PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, 100mm thick to fill the dismantled portion and making good as per existing after laying / passing the cables, etc complete all as specified & directed.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying, fabricating, installing, connecting, testing and commissioning Feeder piller box, outdoor type, factory made, overall dimension 50 x 40 x 30 cm made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet ,FPB openeing on front side, floor mounted on angle iron size 40X40X6 mm support, grouted 15 cm in ground & 30 cm above ground, powder coated suitably ventilated for 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts 50 Hz AC supply including high conductivity copper bus bar of 100 Amp rating, mounted on isulator with the provn of one incoming and four no out going cables incl necessary cable glands, cable lugs etc including PCC foundation for fixing FPB box in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCCB, FP, 415 V, fixed type, 400 Amps with breaking capacity 50 KA including taking down unserviceable MCCB, connecting to existing panel board or enclosure etc complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULED PART-II (Replacement of old corroded GI Pipe lines and Control valve) Dismantling of old corroded 100 mm bore GI tubes include all fittings from PSOHT of 20 mtr staging (supply & delivery line) with the support of necessary scaffolding materials,rope etc for Supply and fixing New GI Tubing. Note :- New GI Tubing of 100 mm bore required will be measured and paid seperately under items no 4.

Taking up old corroded 20 & 25 mm bore GI pipes (incl all fittings) from wall/roof of bldgs complete all as specified and as directed

Taking up old corroded 100 mm bore GI pipes (incl all fittings) from trench complete all as specified and as directed

S & F GI tubing of size 100 mm bore dia, medium grade, with all fittings, for (supply & delivery line) PSOHT of 20 Mtr staging complete all as specified and directed.

Sroviding and fixing 25mm dia Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge for external work complete all as specified and directed

Providing and fixing 20mm dia Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge Exposed on wall

Providing and fixing 110 MM dia 3 layer PP-R (Poly propylene Random copolymer) pipes confirming to IS:15801 UV stabilized & anti - microbial fusion welded, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all PP - R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings, including trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, PN - 10

Supply & Fix 100 mm bore gun metal globe or gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed. including taking down unserviceable gate valves all as directed.

All as per item No 7.00 above but 80 mm bore

All as per item No 7.00 above but 25 mm bore

All as per item No 7.00 above but 20 mm bore

Dismantling the existing unserviceable 100 mm dia Butterfly Valve complete and Supply & Fix 100 mm dia cast iron butterfly valve flanged and drilled type PN-1.6 SS spindle type including hand wheel, bolts, nuts and jointing materials etc complete.

Dismantling the existing unserviceable 80 mm dia Non return Valve complete and Supply & Fix 80 mm dia GM NRV all as direcetd.

S&F Ball valve of 20mm dia (brass) of approved quality, high or low with plastic floats complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for driling and tapping GI water mains (in position) for branch connections of internal dia 25 mm.
