M&L for mild steel framed work of angle iron as in Fire points etc of Gde Fe-410 including necessary welding and Mild steel plain sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Mild steel sheet and nu bolts etc as required shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

S&F Mild steel, plain, black sheet 3mm thick in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed

S&F Mild steel bolts or anchor fastene bolts purpose made with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends; each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut. exc 30cm long dia of neck exc 12 mm not exc 20 mm complete with filling material for anchor fastener complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preperation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 CM width or girth and applying two coats of synthatic enamel paints over and including a coat of zinc red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone wall/ceiling including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on concrete surfaces/ fair faces of bick masonry walls and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in two layer i.e. 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:6 and finishing coat 5 mm in CM 1:4 mixed with and including water proofing compound as per amnufacturers instructions on fair/ other than fair faces of brick masonry wall , finished even and fair etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint over and including a coat primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over and including a thin layer of wall care putty and primer on wall surfaces incl finishing smooth complete all as specified and directed

M&L for writing letters or figures ( Block: Roman, Italic,Indian) not exc 30 cm high incl stops, commas,short lines, dashes,hyphens,brackets etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting(2mm thick), in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel , Fe- 290 (Gde E-165) Framed work as in truss or column of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc. complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive or steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantiling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish of the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down urinals of any description and type complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in laid dry or laid pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 including provision of weep holes at every 2m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick 1st quality (square/rectangular) area of each exc 0.06 sqm but n exc 0.11 sqm as in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface and over and incl screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick laying floor finished in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles (350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm) thick on verticle surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over and including 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete Type D2, 1:4:8 Mix (using 40 mm graded graded aggregate) as in sub bases,floor finishes and pavings complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connection including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F 15mm bore GI tubing medium grade, galvanised with all fittings, fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 6 mm thick pelaminated particle board , interior grade, prelaminated both side with decorative choice laminations and fixed with screw or aluminium beading to aluminium frame complete all as sped and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper / Aluminium point wiring including (light, fan, socket or power complete fittings, such as switches, ceiling roses, pendant holders, Batten holders, shades conical fan regulators, light or power sockets etc) removing materials from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls roofs etc all as directed.

One light point/Fan point controlled by one one way switch.

One 3 Pin 5 Amp Socket outlet point 5 Amp on same board with other switch.

Description all as per serial item No. 59 above but with 2.5 sqmm cable for 3 pin 15 Amps switch socket outlet (Power point) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sub main wiring using two single core 6 Sqmm fire retardant PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with copper conductor 1100 volts grade ISI marked drawing in and including PVC Conduit or in concealed conduit(as required & directed by Engr-in-Charge)accessories like bends, tee, etc fix on wall and ceiling and connecting to earth dolly and with 6 Sqmm earth wire, PVC insulated & unsheathed complete including taking down old unserviceable all as directed.Note: (i) Two runs of 6 sqmm and one run of 6 sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one RM. (ii) Necessary plastering in the disturbed surface of wall and distempering /white washing to match the existing colour shall be included in the unit rate quoted .

M & L for sub main wiring using two single core 4 Sqmm fire retardant PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with copper conductor 1100 volts grade ISI marked drawing in and including PVC Conduit or in concealed conduit(as required & directed by Engr-in-Charge)accessories like bends, tee, etc fix on wall and ceiling and connecting to earth dolly and with 4 Sqmm earth wire, PVC insulated & unsheathed complete including taking down old unserviceable all as directed.Note: (i) Two runs of 4 sqmm and one run of 4 sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one RM. (ii) Necessary plastering in the disturbed surface of wall and distempering /white washing to match the existing colour shall be included in the unit rate quoted .

Note for all items :- If any item gets repeated in this schedule, the lowest rate quoted for those same items by the L-1 bidder shall be considered for payment and decision of Accepting Officer i.e. GE(AF) Baroda in this regard shall be final and binding.
