Demolition of cement Concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 4 above but except bricks.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bounded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 6 above but except stone.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming fair finished drain or channel 45 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitered /stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4), B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in coping, bed plates, chamfered angles and throating etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition in ground floor and paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Providing precast cement concrete type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain face set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bar 8 to 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clip complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 including dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously un-treated steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (SGSW, AC or reinforced concrete) 150mm bore set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 300 mm dia (internal bore) Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars all complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 450 mm dia (internal bore) Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.
