Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick, concrete or stone walls or ceiling including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the demolished material to a distance exc 250 m but not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling chain link fencing of any description fixed to any type of fencing posts complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork of stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm stone aggregate as in sub base floor/floors and paving etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of squared rubble stone (Jodhpur type), uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone jalli of 40-50mm thick in any size and of approved shape and design with asthetic view including pillers/frames/posts (thumbly) complete all as directed. Note : Measurement shall be carried out including posts/frames.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on stone masonary or other than fair face of brick work finished even and smooth without using extra cement in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats exterior weather proof water base emulsion paint over and including a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rubber moulded Machine pressed PCC interlocking paver block confirming to IS 15658-2006 of size 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid dry over and including 25mm thick screed river washed sand cushion as in floor, shape and colour as directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) kerb stone solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum each getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around , in layers n exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surfaces in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (40mm graded aggregate) in foundation , sub base, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F angles in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde -165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel flat iron for securing the chain link fencing including necessary drilling for holes, cutting, punching, bending etc. conforming to Fe-290 Gde -165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 12 mm dia round bars in available lengths fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5 to 10 mm dia mild steel bolts exc 10 cm long (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other with washers and one hexagonal or square nut complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) over and including one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link mild steel galvanised fencing, any type of size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding complete all as specified and directed.
