Complete dismantling of single stage horizontal pump by way of disconnecting all leads from the motor and marking the terminals, uncoupling of motor from the pump. Disassembling, dismantling and segregation of various pump parts such as shaft and sleeves, impeller, gland, fasteners, etc.

Complete assembling of single stage horizontal pump after cleaning of all parts throughly with petrol, coupling and alignment with motor, connecting of motor leads and testing on full load.

Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of pump using appropriate means of transport through a lead of approximately 70 kilometer.

Providing and fitting of ball bearing no. 6308 reputed make along with proper and adequate lubrication.

Rebuilding to the impeller shaft and bearing seat at excessively worn out places by way of using high quality SS electrodes welding, turning, finishing and balancing on lathe machine by engaging a skilled operator at 04 spots.

Replacement of damaged SS sleeve by way of manufacturing, providing and fitting of new sleeve fabricated out of SS material as per sample each having a finished weight of approximately 1.5 kg (02 no.).

Providing and fitting of GM wearing ring having a finished weight of approximately 450g each (02 no)

Manufacturing, providing and fitting of SS check nuts as per sample.

Removing of broken/damaged studs/bolts from pump body, boring and tapping along with fasteners of suitable size. Providing and fitting of palmetto packing, nuts and bolts of assorted sizes (04kg).

Providing of Double ended chrome plated ring spanner set (06 to 32) of taparia make or equivalent.

Arresting of leakage to the 200 mm dia mild steel rising main at LIS Nutnussa old by way of dismantling of MS flanged pipe joint and cutting of damaged/ cracked flange of pipe and then providing and fitting of new 200 mm dia MS flange to pipe. Reassembling of pipe including providing and fitting washers, nut, bolts. The pipe also needs cutting /welding operation for proper mating of flanges as per site requirement. Welding to MS rising main approx. (300 cm approx. length) at leaking spots approx. by way of grinding, welding and plugging using 4mm thick MS strips (03kg approx.) with superior quality welding electrodes at site including minor manual earth excavation to facilitate welding at pipe bottom. The above job includes cost on account of charges for transportation, welding set, DG set, labour, head load charges, unforeseen items and all tools and tackles required for completion of job.
