Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of centrifugal pump set suitable for clear water application , capacity 3750 LPM at 18 mtr head conforming to IS- 5120 1977 Make of Pump: KIRLOSKAR /GRUNDFOS/KSB,directly coupled with squirrel cage induction motor of suitable capacity or KW as per recommendation of the manufacturer confirming to IS12615(2011) and IS/IEC 60034-1 suitable for operation on AC three phase 415V ± 10%,50 HZ,class F insulation ,Duty: S1,S3 80% and above CDF, with premium efficiency standard IE3, IP 55, mounted on common base frame made out of suitable size MS Channels .Make of Motor: KIRLOSKAR ELECTRIC / CROMPTON GREAVES /ABB /SIEMEN. Both Pump and motor mounted on and including common base frame ,complete with foundation for installation of pump set.The founadtion shall be raised by 5cm above Ground level and suitable arrangement shall be made for removal of water around the pump set. The HDPE tank cap 300 ltrs to be provided for priming with suitable size piping work form tank to pump.The assembling of Pump and Motor shall be done by the manufacturer of the pump itself and not by any autorised dealer/workshop/rep/sister concern etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing, fixing to wall using clamps/pole or passing through pipes 1100 volts grade heavy duty electric cable with XLPE insulated,screened ,PVC bedded, armoured with electric power cable 1100 volts grade with stranded copper conductor of size 4 core 25 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Cast iron foot valve 150mm bore confirming to IS:4038 with rubber seating, flanged end complete incl taking out old unsvall as specified and as directed by Engr in charge Make: Kartar/Venus

S&F in repair stainless steel bourdon type pressure gauge dial type 0 -100 Kg/cm2 range with a stainless steel body complete including all necessary GI pipe connection fittings / cutting / jointing all as specified and directed by Engr In charge. Make: Guru/Feibeg/omega

Supply and fix 150mm dia, high pressure, heavy duty cast iron non return valve/ check valve of following sizes, conforming to BS 1868, Class 600, suitable to hydrostatic test pressure for body 156 kg/sq cm & for seat 115 kg/sq cm, both ends flanged in existing line, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Suitable size MS flanges for existing pipe line, Joints and jointing materials shall be included under this item.

Earthing complete with copper earth electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0mm as earthing lead burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level connected to and including earth lead strip GI 25 x4 mm and washer etc made of brass and connected to earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No.5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion .The cost of item include excavation earth work ,drilling holes for electrodes, PCC pit cover , funnel, wire mesh ,water pipe lugs GI protectionpipe for earth lead up to 7.5m complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge. Note: (i) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre copper strip and GI pipe for protection of earth lead. Any aditional in length shall be adjusted through deviation order.
