Supply of 25W LED Post top Luminaire with a nominal efficiency of 90 lumen/watt or more. The housing should be of non-corrosive ADC12Grade highpressure die-cast and should have corrosion resistant coating to pass Natural salt spray test of 500 Hrs withThe Luminaire diameter must be minimum 450mm for larger areacoverage.The Ingress protection should be minimum IP 65with an IK rating of 07.The Luminaire should be having Minimum 50000 Burning hours(L70B50) with CRI ≥70,SDCM< 5 and co-related colour temperature (CCT) of 4000K. The luminaire should be capable of withstandingvoltage stress of 440V for 8 Hrs , should have an auto shutdown at 325V and have an auto recovery feature , UnderVoltage protection with Input Voltage Stress of 100V for 48Hrs and EMI/EMC compliant. The Luminaire should have a10 KV SPD duly bolted in the Luminaire . The SPD should be able to sustain a minimum 15 hits of 10KA rating i.e.Total of 45 hits across all the three modes as per IEEE62.41.2 The Drivers should be a potted driver not a printedcircuit board without casing, mounted inside the luminairewithPF>0.95andTHD<10%. Luminaire and driver shall be separately BIS approved of same make equivalent to Philips BGP161 LED2500/NW PSU 220-240V 7043 IN/ kesslec/Osram. LM80,LM79 or equivalent,Type Test certificate and BIS ertificate need to be submitted.

Supply,installation,testing,commissioning of 3 Mtr Black PU painted Galvanised pole (Ø:76mmx3.2mm;A’class)in different cross section with gold colour painted decorative cast aluminium rings Base plate is welded to pole Ø140mmx5 mm ‘B' class) with 4 nos. mounting holes . 16mm diameter(4 numbers) foundation bolts of 450mm bolt length, 200mm pitch circle diameter including 2.5 sq mm 3 core wire to connect from loop in loop out connector to the light with necessary loose wire for future main and provision for fixing 6 A MCB in the connector box along with nuts,washers,anchor plate and common template suitable for 3M poles Integral connector block for loop in loop out is flushed in botton section of the pole.

Supply ,laying and termination of one number of 12 SWG good quality bare copper wire for loop earthing along with existing XLPE insulated aluminium cable as required.

supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating 240 /415v ,10 kA "c" curve, miniature circuit breaker sutable for inductive load of single pole in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc

supply and fixing ,testing and commissioning 24 Hour Analog Timer for operating automatic ON-OFF function(make L&T or equivalent).

Supplying of one number 1Cx 10 sq mm Copper condutor PVC unsheathed power cable of 1.1 kV grade etc. as required.

Supplying of one number 4Cx 6 sq mm Aluminium armoured XLPE insulated PVC sheathed power cable of 1.1 kV grade etc. as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for the size 4*6 sqmm of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed /XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade upto 35sq.mm direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc. as required,but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering.

Supplying and making end termination with single core x 10 Sq.mm of PVC insulated and copper conductor unsheathed flexible cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Supplying and making end termination using aluminium lugs for 4*35 sqmm of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required. 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Charges for concreting with 30 x 30 x 50cm cm up to ground level and 10cm above ground level using 8 mm steel reinforcement as per drawing with cement concrete of 1:2:4, after excavation and plastering the sides including a neat cement flushing coat, painting with cement paint etc, as required.

supplying and fixing HT cable route marker with 10cm X 10 cm X 5mm thick G.I plate with inscription there on,bolted/welded to 35mm X 35mmX 6mm angle iron,60cm long and fixing the same ground as required.

Numbering / Marking the poles using suitable on existing pole firmly required.
