Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m) having 50 no rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y'shaped placed 2.4 m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) /Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 m lead.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls of height upto 10 m. above level in two layers, under layer 12 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 C. Sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement sullary on the under layer @ 2 Kg of cement per square meter, top layer 15 mm cement plaster 1:½:2 (1 Cement : ½ C. Sand : 2 stone chipping 10 mm nominal size) in pannels with groove alround as per approved pattern i/c scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chipping, complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge (Payment for Providing grooves shall be made separately).

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (one or more coats) and of required shade on old work to give an even shade.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications i/c appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface etc. complete on steel work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.
