Repair and painting of Old Civil building and provision for Creche facility

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge- All kind of soil

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:5:10 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand: 10 graded stone aggregate -40 mm nominal size) complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing kitchen platform of 100 mm thick with CC 1:2:4 incl. 8mm steel rod @150m spacing incl. cutting, binding etc., complete with neat finish and Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish and providing one no. of SS sink of approved brand of specified size as per the Instruction of Engineering-in-Charge etc. complete at all levels.

CEMENT PLASTER (IN FINE SAND) 12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good and providing 2 Nos. of bib cock , 2 outlet pot for flushing and hot water etc., complete and providing one no. of Western type water closet and one no. of Indian type water closet including flush tank -2 Nos of approved brand specified size incl. P trap, gulley trap and S trap wherever necessary as per the direction of Engineer Incharge the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Concealed work, including cutting chases and making good the walls etc.

Providing of metal sheet roofing with MS tube 60x40mm tk. 2.6mm @ 500mm spacing for purlin and rafters incl. providing and laying pre-painted profile sheet thick 0.47mm sheet incl. self threaded bolt, nut & washers etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position, welded and bolted with special shaped washers, applying primimng coat of approved steel primer and two coats of enamel paint of approved brand and colour including fixing the MS tube in support wall etc., complete including cost of all materials & labour charges for fixing etc., complete as directed by departmental officers.

Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Demolishing brick tile covering in terracing including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead

Providing and laying damp-proof course 40 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand (zone-III): 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size)

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade: Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface

Providing and fixing compound walls comprise of RCC Precast Concrete Post of size 140 mm X 125 mm X 2400 mm Height and 2 grooves of size 50 X 30 mm, which gives 6 pieces. It also has Precast Concrete RCC Panels of size 1800 mm X 300 mm X 40 mm thickness. The post is reinforced with 4 Nos. 8 mm dia TMT Bars., Panels are reinforced with 3 Nos. longitudinal bars of 6mm. dia TMT Steel & 6 mm plain M.S. Stir up at 60mm for each. The post will be fixed to the ground by digging a hole of 450 X 450 X 600 mm and filled with 1: 3: 6 concrete after the post has been aligned in these holes. The post will be erected @ 1.84 m. centre to centre. etc., complete as per the direction of Engineer In charge .

Providing and fixing M.S.gate with frame with MS tube of size 40x40mm 2mm thick with MS sheet 1.6mm incl. cutting, welding incl. material and labour etc., complete with neat finish

Providing and fixing factory made door frame (single rebate) made out of single piece extruded solid PVC foam profile with homogenous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin having 62 mm width & 32 mm thickness, frame will be mitred & Jointed with self-driven self-tapping screws of size 38 mm x 4 mm & PVC solvent cement, including fixing the frame to wall with suitable dia & length anchor fastener and Providing and fixing factory made 30 mm thick door shutter made of solid PVC foam profile. The styles & rails shall be of size 75 mm x 30 mm having wall thickness 5 mm. The styles, top & bottom rails have one side wall thickness of 15 mm integrally extruded on the hinge side of the profile for better screw holding power. The styles and rails shall be reinforced with M.S. tubes of size 33 mm x 17 mm x 1 mm, painted with primer, all four corners of reinforcement to be welded or sealed. Solid PVC extruded bidding (push fit type) will be set inside the styles and the rails with a cavity, to receive single piece extruded 5mm PVC sheet as panel. The styles and rails will be mitred cut and joint with the help of PVC solvent cement & self-driven self-tapping screws. Single piece extruded solid PVC lock rail of size 100 mm x 30 mm with wall thickness 5 mm & 15 mm integrally extruded in the middle of the lock rail & fixed with styles with the help of PVC solvent cement & self-driven self-tapping screws of size 100mm x 8 mm complete as per manufacturer's specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
