The tiles are anti-sag and installed on T24 grid system of 0.6mm thick Main 'T' length minimum 3000mm, web minimum 35mm to be placed at 600mm center to center and secondary cross 'T' of length 600mm web minimum 35mm inter locked, Wire Support for Main T to be taken at every 1200mm length wise and 600mm width wise, with a backing of 50mm 1000 GSM thick absorb wool tested as per Fire Retardant IS 15061-2002 for excellent results complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully existing unserviceable copper/ aluminium point wiring (light,call bell, two way, socket or power point etc) complete with fittings/fixures such as switches sockets, ceiling rose, fan regulators,bracket light fittings and making good to the disturbed surface complete all as directed.

Taking down the existing unservicable main switch/ cut out/ DBs of any type/ capacity/ description as existing at site including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing finishes complete and as directed.

Taking down carefully unserviceable aluminium submain wiring of any type /location including conduit /casing and earth wire and making good the distributed surface of walls /ceiling matching with existing finishes complete all as directed

M&L for concealed point wiring with two single core 1.5 Sq.mm size FRLSH multistranded copper conductor PVC insulated cables and one single core 1.5 Sq.mm size green FRLSH colour PVC insulated,multistranded copper conductor PVC cable as earth continuity conductor,1100 volts grade, complete drawn in and including 20mm(minimim) medium grade rigid PVC CONDUIT and conduit accessories i.e. joint boxes, terminal boxes for mounting or housing switches, socket outlets, fan regulators, etc. confirming to IS specifications, including Mild Steel Pressed Terminal Box 1.22mm thick of suitable size duly painted with red oxide metal primer with 3.0mm thick Plastic Laminated Sheet Top Cover for mounting Switches, Sockets, etc. with including cutting chases for conduits & sinkings for MS Sunken boxes & making good to walls, floors etc. complete all as specified & as directed for the following :-
