Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5m in depth for laying of cable and foundation in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5m in depth for laying of cable and foundation in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil/rock) and depositing at a distance not exceeding 50m where directed.

Returning filling in and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25cm including spreading, leveling and watering all as specified and directed.

M&L for river sand for underground cable for cushioning 8cm below the cable and 15cm above cable all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1, flat size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm and abutting each other with gap between adjacent precast concrete cable cover not exceeding 10 mm over underground cables for protection.

M&L for Auguring/ Driling /Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology by mannual /machine, including fixing of HDPE pipe of 100 mm bore dia complete all as specified and directd by EIC. (Note: Cost of HDPE pipe is included in the item)

M&L for GI tubing medium grade (ISI marked) with all fitting/accessories for protection of cable on pole/wall/in trenches including clamps, nut bolt etc all as specified and directed of size 100 mm.

Supply, fixing and lay of XLPE insulated , screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty with aluminium conductor HT 11 KV (E) volts grade cross sectional 95 sq mm 3.0 core confirming to IS-7098 part -2 laid in trenches/ducts /encased in GI pipe /fixed to pole all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix XLPE insulated HT Aerial Bunch Cable 3-core X 95 Sq mm + 1 X 70 Sq mm. ( bare messenger conductor) confirming to IS-7098 part -2 along with all accessories viz dead end clamps, suspension clamp with running out device, riser, fuse switch, insulation piercing connector, suspension clamp, distance nail, cable protection, Hook plates, tension splice connector, universal brackets, insulators, rubber inserts, connection plates, steel hook, fork plate, cable joing all as specified and directed by EIC.

Material and labour for end jointing kit, outdoor type heat shinkable, 50 sqmm to 95 Sqmm, 3 core suitable for 11 KV (E), XLPE insulated electric power cable complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.11 but straight through joint

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and exceed 1.5m in depth for errection of PCC pole in hard/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for pedestal of poles/copping including necessary frame work ,fair finishing to exposed surfaces using extra cement complete form, all as directed by EIC.

Material and labour Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of pole /struts/stay assembly etc complete all as directed by EIC

Material and labour for prestressed cement concrete poles 11 M long of size 152 mm x152 mm at top and 152 mm x 260 mm at bottom class-9, conforming to relavent latest IS including refixing of connecting items complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge on site. Note : - (i) PCC Work, excavation and earthwork will be measured and paid separately under relevant item. (ii) Refixing of cross arms (Channels/angles) and insulators will be measured and paid seperately under respective item of schedule. (iii) The PCC pole shall be marked with manufacturer name, IS number, class and CG etc.(iv) Necessary Zebra painting to be carried out on the bottom of pole upto 1.5 Mtr and cost is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

M&L for Fabrication of bus bar on four pole structure complete using ACSR conductor, jumpring all incomer and out going feeders and connecting GO and DO with suitable length ACSR conductor including any type of insulators complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In - Charge at site. Note :- (i) ACSR conductor, 11 KV Pin/Disc insulator , Nut, bolt and washer, all type of clamps of suitable size, binding material and aluminium lugs deemed to be included in quoted rates. (ii) Channels/angle iron will be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Material and labour for steel structure, cross arms bracing supports ,clamps, back plates of any type, section incl. nuts, bolts, washers, welding ,bending cold or hot in any size and shape all as directed Including two coats of aluminium paints over a coat of red oxide primer incl preparation of surface all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for Anti-climbing device; spikes type fabricated out of M.S. bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of Danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, whith letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in single red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT pole of size 25 x 20 cm size including complete fixing arrangement with iron stip 25mm x 3mm with nut, bolts and paints complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply and fix cable path indicators made out of thick roughly hammer dressed stone slab size (30cm x 75cm x 7.5cm ) with applying two coats of paint, marking of voltage and size of cable, route including necessary earth work required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and lay of aggregate for loose filling, hard core, broken to gauge n exc 63 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (for 2&4 pole structure)

Supply and lay of aggregate for loose filling broken brick coarse aggregate of 20 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (for 2&4 pole structure)

Supply and fix switch air break gang operated triple pole mechanically operated mounted on insulator (09 insulators) and steel frame with operating mechanism including spring loaded mechanism set of three working from ground level, including locking arrangement of Current rating up to 200 Amps confirming to IS: 9921 (Vertical/horizontal type as directed by EIC), 11000 volt.

Supply and fix 11 KV drop out fuse assembly channel type set of 3 for 3 phase Current rating up to 200 Amps confirming to IS: 9385 part I/II (Vertical/horizontal type as directed by EIC), 11000 volt.

Supply and fix in replacement of gap less metal oxide type Lightning Arrestor (LA), 9.0 KV grade discharge current 5 KA (High current impulse withstand peak 65KA), distibution class conforming to IS-3070 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrodes 600mmx600mmx6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth (earth pit not less 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron earthing strip 32mm x6mm thick by means of bolt nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as specified & shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR part-I 2010 connected to earth test point as specified and testing on completion including provision of 40 mm dia light grade pipe up to 7.5 mtr length as protection & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade including all excavation & earth work in any type of strata incl PCC pit (1:3:6) type C-1 with RCC cover including charcoal , salt, funnel, all as directed at site. Note : Rate included for excavation & earth work in any type of strata as shown in electric plate no-3 in SSR Part-I. ( For LA, GOD and 2/4 pole structure)
