Dehydration/Filteration of tranformer oil at site by means of centrifuging machine in order to improve dielectric strength of oil as per IS-355. Break down voltage should not be less than 50 KV complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Transformer oil having di-electric strength of 60 KV as per IS complete for top up/ replacement all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Oil should be supplied in sealed barrel of Power/Transol brand) Note: oil shall be filled in the transformers/stabilizers to be repaired or installed at site at different locations.

M&L Two coat of epoxy paint by spray painting machine on site,including preparation of rusted surfaces of transformer of 315-630 KVA and writing SM No./MES No.complete all as specified and as directed.

S& F Silica gel breather for 11 KV Transformer up to 500 KVA/630 KVA complete all as specified and as directed

M & L Cutting & removing existing joint and supply, jointing and testing indoor type end joint cold shrinkable end termination cable joint including all material and accessories suitable for 3 core X 50-95 Sqmm XLPE cable of 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- 3M/DENSON/Raychem RPG.

M & L Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm Make Densons/Capseal/Raychom. Make:- 3M/DENSON/Raychem RPG.

Servicing of HT panel (1 incoming 02 outgoing ) , detection of defective components, replacement of worn out parts and servicing/ cleaning of mechanical components, through authorized representative service centre of VCB manufacturer/OEM or skilled VCB repairing agency, re-insertion of trolly in HT panel, Testing for smooth , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Worn out minor parts shall be deemed to included in qupoted rate .Location ICGS jetty PBR

M&L Two coat of epoxy paint on LT Panels of any size ,including preparation of rusted surfaces of poles by means of sand paper/scrubing of dust etc over one coat of epoxy based primer complete all as specified and directed, Note: Minor repairs/ replacement of hinges, suitable fastners etc for fixing in original position is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

M&L preparation of old surfaces of PCC poles and applying two coats of Cement based paint on Pole and numbering of poles with synthetic enamel paint white in 100 mm high letters over 150x150 mm black base complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Cable junction box made of Polycarbonate sheet, IP 65, Nominal Size 217mmX 253mmX 115mm, including 4 Nos. 25Sqmm terminal block for control of street light luminaries complete fixed on pole with SS-304 clamp and SS-304 bolt complete all as specified and as directed Make BCH/HENSEL/Hager, fixed in repair.

S&F LED street light luminaire 40 watts sleek pressure die cast aluminium housing, heat resistance toughened glass with IP-66 protection for better optics and uniform distribution internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size and incliding hot galvanized brackets of suitable size and of length not exceeding 1.2 m with suitable size of GI clamps, bolts & nuts for fixing complete all as specified and directed. Dismantling the centrifugal Pump 10 HP including disconnecting suction and delivery etc and reassembling after replacement of necessary spares including greasing and painting of 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint using spray machine complete all as specified and as directed. [NOTE: Replacemnt of worn out spares will be measured and paid separately].

Taking down electric motor 3 phase, 415 Volt capacity 10 HP, incoming disconnection electric connections, dismantling slots, taking out burnt windings and rewinding the motor with super enameled copper wire as per existing size including insulating material and varnishing,greasing, painting with super enameled paint as per colour coad assembling the motor after rewinding and mounting at its own position, replacing the old nut, bolts and testing all as directed.

Taking out unserviceable foot valve 80 mm dia from the UG sump and S & F new CI foot valve 80 mm dia ball type incl rubber gasket, strainer bolts, nuts complete all as directed.

M&L CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings laid in trenches, complete all as specified and as directed of size, fixed in repairs.

Supply, lay and test XLPE insulated 1 x 6 sqmm (7 strand) 5KV grade copper conductor, PVC sheathed, single core, copper tape screened AFL cable in repair all as specified.
