Excavation in hilly areas in all heights and depths, for crash barrier, parapets and in all kind of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of pick work , jumper work , blasting work ( Both in soft and hard rock ) with chiselling/wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil including dewatering where required, setting out true to the required lines, grades, width cutting and trimming of side slopes to levels as shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge in conformity with the requirements of MORD technical specification for Rural Road, section 300 and 1600 to achieve designed for,ation width including hauling and stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites safe manner and disposal of all surplus material to the approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load and animal transportation and mechanical means along with its leveling, fine dressing and carriage of machineries, tools, equiptment's equipment's and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour if required. During the mobilization period, contractor should take the advance x-sec in 15m (fifteen metre) interval of whole road length in the presence of Engineer-in-Charge or his representative. In case the advanced x-section has been taken in the presence of Engineer-in-Charge representative, in that case the same has to be got approved from Engineer-in-Charge. Theland for dumping sites shall be arranged by the contractors himself and nothing extra shall be paid on this account, filling of unevenness blind age and finishing of the road to specified dimensions or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for smooth riding. The recovery for stones, whether useful or 116.63 (One hundred sixteen point six three cubic metre) quantity at the rate of 300/- (Rupees Three hundred only) per cubic metre amounting to Rupees 34,989.00/- only shall be effected from the contractor's running bills on pro-rata basis as per actual quantity executed. Any loss to the public, private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases. Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts and drain etc. in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiselling /wedging out rocks (Where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 300 and as per direction of the Engineer- in – Charge including setting out, Construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any leads and lifts including dressing of sides, bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150 mm (one hundred fifty milli metre) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water ) upto any depth any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll Tax, or any other Taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Loosening of the ground upto a level of 300 (three hundred) millimetres below the subgrade level, watered, graded with mortor grader and compacted in layers to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 of MORD with three wheel 80-10 kN (Eighty to one hundred kilonewton) static roller for subgrade construction as per MORD Technical Specification section 300 as per direction of Engineer- in- charge. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll Tax, or any other Taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with in all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading by mechanical means to required slope and compacted with three wheel 80-100 (eighty - hundred) kN (kilonewton) static roller to meet requirement of Table 300.2 complete as per MORD technical Specification section 300 & 1600 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll Tax or any other Taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Construction of 1st (frist) layer Bio enzyme based soil stablised layer to a required thickness as per manufacturer design with local soil material/gravel/murram, having CBR greater than Equal to 5% (five )percent and treating it with TerraZyme in the ratio 1.00(One) Litre for 12.5 (Twelve point five) cum soil , spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface. mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per technical specification including all labour, materials, like soil and metal, equipments etc., complete, including Supervision (Supervisor shall be provided by TerraZyme Vendor) as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work . TerraZyme Supervisor accomodation, food and local transport will be born by Contractor.The soil will have clay % by hydrometry between 8%(eight) percent to 30%(Thirty) percent . Rate including all materials labour hire charges of machinery etc .complete as per MoRD specifications clause 502 & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.including carriage of material with in all leads lifts and other incidental. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll Tax, or any other Taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Construction of 2nd (second) layer Bio enzyme based soil stablised layer to a required thickness as per manufacturer design with local soil material/gravel/murram, having CBR greater than Equal to 6%(six) percent and treating it with TerraZyme in the ratio 1.00 (One) Litre for 15.00 (fifteen) cum soil with 25%(twenty five) percent 40mm (forty) millimetres crusher broken metal (of compacted thickness) in desing mix, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface. mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per technical specification including all labour, materials, like soil and metal, equipments etc., complete, including Supervision (Supervisor shall be provided by TerraZyme Vendor) as per the directions of the Engineer incharge . Applying of curing material Terra Cure after the application of TerraZyme layer for by mixing TerraCure with water in the ratio of 1:200 (one isto two hundred) and then appyling the mixed solution @ 3(three) Litres for 1.00 (one) square .metre .Rate including all materials labour hire charges of machinery etc .complete as per MORD specifications clause 502 & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.including carriage of material with in all leads lifts and other incidental. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam 100 mm ( One Hundred millimetre) thick specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 Eighty) to 100(Hundred)KN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406. as per direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . Prime Coat Preparing and applying of water soluble organo silane Nano technology (for bitumen emulsion application, IRC accredited) with cationic bitumen emulsion CSSI and water <1000 (greater than one thousand)ppm TDS in the ratio of 1.00 (One) killogramme organo silane nanotechnology :100 (One killogramme) cationic bitumen emulsion CSS I.00 (one) :200(two hundred) litre water Mixing & Spraying : Take 1.00 (one ) Killogramme of organo silane nanotechnology and add in 200 (two hundred) litre water while filling water in tanker/drum and then add 100 (One hundred) cationic bitumen under circulation. Mix the solution completely .Spray the solution @1.00 (one Killogramme) per sqm on compacted surface .
