Material & labour for dubbing out average 10mm thick on irregular face of walls, chajjas, facia etc, mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- water proofing compound shall be paid seperately as supply only.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, including finishing even and smooth surfaces without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- water proofing compound shall be paid seperately as supply only.

Material & labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of chawk whitening complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course/padding, finished even and fair on roof/ chajjas etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down & removing old unserviceable APP membrane of existing water proofing treatment on roof slab surfaces or chajjas etc, including Cleaning of roof slab/chajja with sweeping with brooms, removing all depositions /mud/vegetations etc complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and removing debris out site of MoD land complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for applying & brushing neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg Cement per sqm of surfaces complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 10 mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:3 with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, on concrete surfaces while concrete surface is green on roof, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be paid seperately as supply only.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying of Atactic polypropylene modified polymeric standard membrane of weight not less than 3kg/sqm made out of 90 micron high density polyethylene ( ATACTIC POLY PROPYLENT BASED ) and including a priming coat of applied @ 0.3 litre/sqm with 100mm overlap of the membrane shall be fused uniformly by LPG torch flame and applying hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note :- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in building/Structure of any height.

Material & labour for preparation new surfaces of roof and applying two coats of Polyurethene (PU) acrylic based Water proofing liquid compound over & including one coat of diluted self priming primer @ one litre per Ten Sqm with refinforcing fabric sheet as per manufacturer's instruction to stop leakage/seepage from roof/wall complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Notes :- (i) As per description of this item minimum two coats of Polyurethene (PU) acrylic based Water proofing liquid compound over one coat of primer shall be carried out by the contractor. Please note no price adjusment shall be made , if as per manufacturer instructions more coats of Polyurethene (PU) acrylic based Water proofing liquid compound & primer are required for roof treatment. (ii) Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in building/Structure of any height.

Material & labour for cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops,coping and similar works, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing water storage tanks of any capacity, setting aside or removing if required for repair, cleaning etc. hoisted if required and refixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling old unserviceable water tanks (PVC/RCC/AC) of capacity exceeding 500 ltrs but not exceeding 1000 ltrs complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up 100/150 mm bore Asbestos Cement drain pipes, soil , waste and rain water pipes etc set in cement mortar, from walls or in floors, including connections and fittings complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150 mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exceeding 1.5 sqm but not exceeding 4 sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for cutting holes exceeding half brick but not exceeding one brick in stone walls built in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts & making good dismantled portion in cement mortar (1:3) or in PCC(1:2:4) Type B-1 (using 20 mmm graded stone aggregate) as required complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge .

Supply & fixing Factory made solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S Square tube, complete all as specified and shown in product drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width struck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail. Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, and fixing in opening complete all as specified, shown in product drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing Second class hard wood plain, solid, straight chowkhat and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing 35 mm thick factory made, second class hard wood rail and style, plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing 35 mm thick factory made second class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. divided in to squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc. sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section 8, clause 8.24(a), fitted to chowkats complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing 40mm thick Flush shutters,solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels including necessary opeining of size 150 x 150 mm and fixing plain glass sheet complete all as sepecified and as directed by Engr-in -Charge.

Supply & fixing factory made Steel windows with side hung shutters including projecting type hinges with steel handle, and steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars dovetailed or welded including cutting holes in wall for inserting holdfast and making good to the dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required including dismantling & taking down the old unserviceable window complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing factory made Steel windows with side hung shutters including projecting type hinges with steel handle, and steel peg stay, complete without glazing bars, dovetailed or welded incl cutting holes in wall for inserting holdfast and making good to the dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required including dismantling & taking down the old unserviceable window complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
