Supply of 160 mm outer diameter HDPE pipe, PE-100 grade, PN-8 having minimum wall thickness 9.5and maximum 10.6 mm. as per IS 4984/IS14333 and latest amendments.

Supply of 33 KV, 1250 Amp manually operated horizontal centre rotating type double break triple pole Gang operated isolator complete with post insulators, arching horns, mechanical interlocking arrangement and no / NC auxiliary switches. a) With earth switch

Supply of Galvanised Steel Structure for 33KV Isolator, L.A, PI, & other equipments with Hot Dip Galvanized Nut, Bolts and washer, foundation bolts etc as required .

Supply of "T"/ "I" / "Ω" and other Clamp/power connector suitable for Isolator Pad to Aluminium Pipe /ACSR PANTHER Conductor and 60 mm dia Al. tube as required.

Supplying and Making Outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 33 KV grade as required : Above 95sqmm up to 185sqmm.

Supplying and Making Indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 33 KV grade as required : Above 95 up to 185 sqmm.

Providing of Pre-cast cement concrete cable identification route marker (1 cement: 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 6mm nominal size) reinforced with 1.6 mm dia mild steel wire including centring and shuttering, roughening cleaning, fixing and finishing in cement mortar 1: 3( 1 cement : 3 fine sand) etc. complete, excluding the plastering of jambs, sills and soffits as per design, drawing and specification of TSECL. The marker shall be embossed "DANGERS: TECHno, ELECTRIC POWER CABLE" with Black colour letter(both side). The visible part shall be painted with Yellow colour japan paint.

Supply & fitting fixing of 33KV Danger Plates at a height of 5mtr from the ground level.

Supply & fitting fixing (33KV Techno College), made of 2mm thick MS Sheet including fastend with Pole at a height of 4mtr from the ground level.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 33 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required,Trench Size: Width-350mm, Hieght-1200mm / Sand(couhioning): Hieght-250mm, Width-350mm/ Protection: Double layer Bricks.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 33 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required upto 185 sq mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 33 KV grade of all size in the GI Pipe/HDPE for riser including tieup of Pipe with pole by the help MS Flat Clamp (excluding cost of Clamp and Nut&Bolts) as required, upto 400 sqmm

Supplying and filling in plinth, under floor, foundations etc. with sand (fine) from local quarry with all lifts including spreading in horizontal layers, watering, grading to required slope, ramming, consolidating and compacting each layer by using plate compactor or by any suitable method complete.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. -All kinds of soil

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering --All work upto plinth level: a) 1 : 3 : 6 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand : 6 graded well burnt brick aggregate of 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Providing, hoisting and fixing above plinth level up to floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete in mouldings as in cornices, windows sills etc, including setting in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) cost of required centering, shuttering but, excluding the cost of reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 fine sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing, hoisting and fixing above plinth level up to floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete in shelves, including setting in cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3 coarse sand), cost of required centering, shuttering and finishing with neat cement punning on exposed surfaces but, excluding the cost of reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 fine sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

12 mm cement plaster in single layer including cost of materials required and finishing even and smooth and curing complete as per clauses of chapter 12 of PWD specification.a) Cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand )

Neat cement punning including cost of materials required as per clauses of chapter 12 of PWD specification.

Earthing with G. I pipe 3mtr. Long and 40mm dia, including excavation of earth pit with supply and alternate layer of salt(100kg/pit) & Charcoal(80kg/pit) and necessary connection with GI flat as per approved drawing and neccessary required nuts & bolts, washer etc.
