SPECIAL REPAIRS FOR REPLACEMENT OF 03 BER LIFTS AT BUILDING NO P 26, P 27 AND P 29 AT SMA RAMESHWARAM UNDER GE FORT KOCHI

Material and Labour for dismantling the existing 10 passenger elevator G+7 of 8 stops and Go landings without damaging to the existing structure and keeping in safe custody for disposal including making good of rail shaft in all repairing for installation of new lifts complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Design, supply, installation, testing and commisioning of Electrically operated machine room mounted type arrangement elevator not less than 680 Kg capacity, 10 passenger with a speed of 1.75 mtr/Sec, to serve ground floor and seven floors (G+07), with microprocessor based operation and with simplex collective, selective, control with or with out lift attendant and with variable voltage, variable frequency system with two speed automatic control drive, with 2 panel automatic centre opening door with ACVF drive in stainless steel with honeycomb finish car door and door opening size of 800 mm wide x 2000 mm high and 2 panel automatic centre opening door in stainless steel 316L hair line finish landing door on 08 floors . Lift car cage should be made out of minimum 1 mm thick stainless steel 316 L grade and vandal proof (Scratch free hair line finish) as well as cage roof covered with stainless steel sheets of suitable size, cage floor of 20mm thick black granite floor toping mirror polished, automatic car levelling micro push button, fire man switch, in built intercom, floor announcing system, audio/visual over load warning,etc operation and floor indicators in car in all landings.

Fire man switch, Fireman emergency return, emergency lamp, alarm push button etc with and including automatic rescue device (ARD) battery operated with and including maintenance free battery of suitable capacity and battery charger with optimum direction section in start operation requiring-no human intervention, Braille on push buttons, Car call cancellation by double pressing floor button in car operation panel, Door open and door close buttons in car operating panel, Door closing retries, Door nudging, Emergency light, Full load by-pass, Home landing, Infra red screen for car door, Intercom, Jammed landing operating panel call button by-pass, Motor over heat potection, Overload function with audio-visual indication in car operating panel, Phase failure and phase reversal protection, car arrival chime on car top, Attendant control, 4.3'' LCD display in landing operating panel on all floors, ARD incl batteries for rescue during power/system failure with latest IGBT power devices, 3D infra red sensor in full length of doors and built in floor announcing system with 03 Nos hand set one each in car, machine room and near ground floor landing door and over load indicator suitable for three phase, 415 Volts, 50Hz AC supply for passenger lift.

All connected civil works and 2 Nos earthing with copper strip 25x3 mm till lift room and copper earth electrode 600x600x3.15 mm with & including the following all as specified and directed:- (a) Lighting LED light connected to inverter supply and automatic cabin fan in lift car (b) Mechanical guide rail in 'T' section with toungue and groove arrangement for smooth operation of car and counter weight. (c) Electric VVVF controlled motor AC, 3 phase 415 V, 50HZ of suitable capacity including cabling with FRLS cable including necessary heavy duty conduits as required, (d) Type of operation shall be single automatic push button type, (e) Type of control-16 bit micro processor variable voltage and variable frequency (V3F) (f) Type of signal systern-Hall button with digital hall position indicator digital car position indicator in car fixtures in stainless steel face plates. (g) Minimum Size of clear entrance opening of car for passenger lift shall be as per IS with automatic center opening. (h) Minimum Size of car for passenger lift shall be as per relevant IS.

Item No.2 Continued.... (j) Automatic rescue device battery operated to bring the car cage to the nearest floor level and auto opening for evacuvation of passengers in the event of power failure. Capacity of ARD battery should be suitable to perform minimum three rescue operation.(k) Earthing shall be connected with suitable size copper earth wire from earth plate to control panel in machine room. (1) Pit Ladder, (m) Round hand rail 50mm dia SS 316 L,14 Guage in stainless steel finish provided on rear wall of car and natural mirror of half car height and full car width provided on rear wall of car Make: Saint Gobain/ Atul/MODi or equivalent as approved by GE.

(n) RCC/PCC foundation all as specified and directed complete with nut and grouting plates etc. (o) Provision of hoist way and governors rope and governor. (p) Provision of new buffer spring as per manufacturers design (q) Provision of battery operated alarm and emergency light through inverter of suitable capacity having power pack up for a period of minimum 30 minutes. (r) Drive-Gearless with machine frame fixed in the machine room. (s) Over speed governer monitors the speed and triggers safety gears etc and the same shall be installed in the machine room. (t) Provision of additional cores in travelling cable for CCTV camera signals/music system wiring (u) Voice announcement unit in English language in car, RCC socle for car and counter weight buffers (v) Jammed door-next level open facility with power supply cable 3.5 x 50 sqmm in 30 RM, MCCBs and panels with all MCBs and its control complete all as specified and directed.
