EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY (Sch 'A' PART-I)

Supply, laying, testing & commissioning cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminum conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 95 sq mm (earthed) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning, step down power transformer of capacity 3.15 MVA outdoor type 33/11 KV, 3 phase, 50 HZ, Delta/star connected, vector group DYN-11 double copper wound with auto manual type on load tap changer (+5% to -10% in equal steps of 2.5% per steps). The transformer shall be complete all with all standards fittings and accessories required as per latest specification gauges, first fill of transformer oil etc. and confirmiing to IS:2026 (Part-I) of 2011 and accessories complete including indoor control panel for OLTC complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning Outdoor Type Porcelain Clad Vaccum Circuit Breaker manual / motorised spring charged, 33 KV, 3-Phase, 33 KV, 3-Phase, 50 C/S, 1250 A, 25 KA, including Indoor control panel, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning Current Transformer 33 KV, Single Phase, outdoor oil immersed dead tank type CT of ratio 100/5 Amp, Class 1.0/5P 10, burden 15 VA, harmetically sealed CT chamber mounted on & including CT junction box complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and installation of 33 KV single phase out door oil cooled PT of ratio 11 KV/rt3/110 V/rt3/110V/rt3, Class 0.5-3, Burden 50 VA -50 VA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of lightning arrestor suitable for 33000 Volts expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 10 Kilo Amps, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of lightning arrestor expulsion type complete with all fitttings, transmission class, discharge capacity 10 Kilo amps,suitable for 11000 Volts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of HT 33 KV out door type gang operated air-break switch suitable for horizontal mounting fixed type complete with 18 insulators and with earth switch upto 400 Amps. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing HT 33 KV out door type gang operated air-break switch suitable for verticle mounting fixed type complete with 9 insulators and with earth switch upto 400 Amps. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Indoor cubicle VCB panel consisting of , 2 x 630Amps ,11KV,3 ph , 50 Hz, metal clad ,dead front, floor mounted , vertical isolation , horizontal drawout , 250 MVA rupturing capacity Vacuum Circuit Breaker manual/motorised spring charged, for one Incoming and one Outgoing as per the detailed specification given in tender document including all accessories , CT/PT, Metering equipement ,wiring,connections , Indicators etc. with POWER PACK , door inter locking panel complete in all respect as per technical specifications given in PS all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing HT 11 KV out door type gang operated air-break switch with drop out fuse suitable for vertical mounting fixed type complete with 12 insulators and with earth switch upto 400 Amps. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Material and Labour for Earthing complete with Galvanised Steel Earth Plate Electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm, thick buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 Metre deep below the Ground Level ) with Top Edge of Earth Plate not less than 1.50 Metre deep below normal ground level , connected to Galvanised iron earth lstrip 32x6mm as earth lead by means of Bolts, Nuts, Check Nuts and Washers made of Galvanised Iron 20 mm dia GI Pipe (Med grade) for watering, 40 mm dia GI Pipe light grade for protection all as shown in electrical plate No.03 SSR part-I connnected to earthing test point all as specified and directed including testing on completion.

Material & Labour for chemical earthing with copper earth plate 90CMX60CMX6MM and copper earth strip 50 x 6 mm, for transformer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for out door termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Aluminium conductor cable of size 95 SQMM complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for indoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Aluminium conductor cable of size 95 SQMM complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Cross-arms, Bracings, Supports, Clamps and Back Plates fabricated from Structural Steel Sections including Nuts, Bolts, Washer, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for Bolts, in any shape or size as indicated/ directed and inclusive of one coat of Aluminium Primer one Under Coat and One Finishing Coat of Aluminium Paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of pre-cast Reinforced Cement Concrete (1:2:4) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) Type B-1 of size (0.5M X 0.05MX1.0M) Cable Route Indicator including embossing 'DANGER/11KV CABLE/MES' on both sides and painted Letters with approved Colour, burried in ground for a depth of 45 Cm including necessary Earth Work, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning Floor Mounted Indoor type totally enclosed VCB Ring Main Unit manual/motorised spring charged, of 12KV , 400A , 18.4 KA consisting of 2 Nos Vaccum Interrupting Incoming Unit and One No. Series Trip Metering Switchgear with Vaccum Circuit Breaker as a feeder Unit (with C.T. Ratio 100-50/5-5A) including all accessories for Indoor Installation including all accessories, CT/PT, Metering equipement ,wiring,connections , Indicators etc. with POWER PACK , door inter locking panel complete in all respect as per technical specifications given in PS all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling unserviceable PCC LT Poles of any description and any size including demolition of Cement Concrete (as/if required) and made good disturbed Ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Cross-Arms of Mild Steel Channel or Angle Sections, etc, including Mild Steel Bolts, Nuts, Washers, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing only Cross-arms, Bracings, Supports, Clamps and Back Plates (serviceable materials i.e. Structural Steel Sections obtained from Item No. 1.20 here-in-before) including Nuts, Bolts, Washer, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for Bolts, in any shape or size as indicated/ directed and inclusive of one coat of Aluminium Primer one Under Coat and One Finishing Coat of Aluminium Paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

Shifting of transformer (capacity of 63 KVA) from existing plateform and install at another existing plateform, complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling unserviceable air break gang operated switches 33 KV vertical/ horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism for repair/ replacement of broken/ worn out components and insulators etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Erecting Steel Tubular Swaged Pole Type 410-SP-55 (11.0 Metre long) including Cast Iron Base Plate, Finial Taper Plug, Bolts, nuts and screws, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 Metre wide and not exceeding 1.50 Metre depth for errecting of pole and getting out in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.50 Metre wide and exceeding 1.50 Metre but not exceeding 3.00 Metre in depth, for Foundation of Poles/ Stays, etc. and getting out in Soft/ Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, Filling in including Spreading, Leveling, Watering and Well Ramming in layers not exc. 25 Cm thick in Soils, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing Surplus Soil to a distance not exceeding 50.00 Metre away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 Metre above the Starting Point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Cement Concrete (1:3:6) (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) type C-2 as in Foundation of Poles, Stays, etc. including Formwork (as/if required) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Cement Concrete (1:2:4) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) Type B-1 as in Coping of Poles, etc. and finishing the Concrete surfaces Fair and Even including necessary Formwork required at Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of Unreinforced Pre-cast Concrete Cable Cover, Class HV type 2 flat of size 450x180x40mm with minimum average breaking load 350 Kg, as per IS-5820:1970, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Sand Cushioning (dry) in trenches/ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid in Trenches) of 23 Cm Spread thickness (8 Cm in depth before laying the Cable and 15 Cm in depth after laying the Cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : For the purpose of Payment, Punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only shall be measured and paid for.

Supply & Laying shock proof synthetic matting 3.0 mm thick (made of elastomaric polymers) conforming to IS: 15652:2006 class-C , suitable for 33 KV Sub Station controll room complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying of GI tubing light grade of 80mm bore for Protection of UG cable, Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of Earth continuity conductor or Main Earthing lead fixed to wall or batten or reccess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to Poles or any other indicated situation for loop copper strip of size 32mm x 6mm connected to test point complete all as specified and as directed.

Boring holes horizontally under Road without damaging the surface of Road (minimum 1.0 METRE below the Road Surface manually for passing cable protection pipe 80 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : GI Pipe laid shall be measured and paid separately under relevant Item.

Material and Labour for Danger Notice Plate of 1.6 mm thick Mild Steel Sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with Letters, Figures and Conventional Skull and Bones in Signal Red colour and fixed with MS Clamps Bolt and Nuts of approved size, for HT 25x20 Cm size complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply, laying & testing of PVC insulated, PVC sheathed cable galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric control cables (Heavy duty) with stranded copper conductor of size 2.5 SQMM ,2 core, 1100 Volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying & testing of PVC insulated, PVC sheathed cable galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric control cables (Heavy duty) with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 SQMM , 4 core, 1100 Volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying & testing of PVC insulated, PVC sheathed cable galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric control cables (Heavy duty) with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 SQMM , 8 core, 1100 Volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.
