Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm, exc 50 mm deep and not exc 100 mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas in hard/dense soil/WBM by mechnical means (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling & consolidating formation surfaces (in cutting) with 8 to 12 tones power roller complete to required level, gradient, slopes, camber and super elevation including filling depressions with and including approved earth which may occur during rolling process over scaryfied area complete all as specified and directed

M&L for soling (or sub base) 150 mm thick spread thickess with broken boulders, 80 to 40 mm size interstices filled, surface formed and rolled to required level, camber, gradient and super elevation and consolidating with 8 to 12 ton power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregates granite, trap or basalt of grading 1 (90 to 40mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber as required complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No.6 above but except material complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Serviceable material obtained from Srl Item No.2 will be reused under this item.

Removing excavated material retrieved from item No.1 above out of defence land at own arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition/Dismantling of Cement Concrete in ground floor or pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) or as in drains/ including cutting sharp edges with diamond cutter as in existing PCC panels without disturbing adjacent panels incl removing debries out of defence land under own arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and Laying Dry lean Concrete (DLC) 100 mm thick of aggregate gradation as per Table 1 of SP 49:2014 having 7 day average compressive strength not less than 10 MPa Minimum cement content not less than 140 Kg/Cum DLC mixed in mini Batching Plant, transported to site and laid to achieve minimum dry density not less than 98% of maximum Dry Density, necessary finishing etc complete all as specified and tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 10mm thick sand cushion with clean river sand clear of residual organic and deleterious materials spread evenly to uniform thickness laid over DLC layer complete all as specified and directed. (No additional amount to be paid for overlap)

Supplying and laying 150 micron thick HDPE sheet (Virgin Quality) water proof, wrinkle free without puncture having minimum weight 390 gm/Sqm over sand cushion as specified in the design with overlap between adjacent strips and at transverse joints as minimum 300mm complete all as specified and directed. (No additional amount to be paid for overlap)

M&L for 200 mm thick PQC controlled (quality) cement concrete of minimum flexural strength of 45 Kg per Sq cm in field at 28 days lower control limit (LCL) in pavement slabs using minimum 400 Kg of cement per cubic metre laid in bays to required gradient and camber including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- a) Fibre reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperatly. (b) Using mobile reversible concrete mixer mini batching plant machine of ouput capacity 10-12 Cum per Hour.

Supply only polyester non-circular fibres as secondary reinforcement in all types of concrete and mortars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Forming dummy/contraction joint with an initial saw cut of 3 mm soon after the concrete has set, upto a depth of 1 /3 rd to 1 /4 th of the thickness of the slab widening the first saw cut to 6 mm and 24 mm deep by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size straight and smooth edges Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil vegetation and other debris . Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. Placing of closed cell , medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 8 mm dia application of bond breaker tape on top of back up rod for complete width of the joint and "top 12mm" filled with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS- 5212 ; BS 4254 and EN- 141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) OF+/- 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting of construction joints 25 mm deep and 10 mm wide by early entry saw cut using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size , straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry , vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil , vegetation and other debris Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. Placing of closed cell medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 12 mm dia , application of bond breaker tape on top of back up rod for complete width of the joint and "top 12mm" filled with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS-5212 , BS 4254 and EN- 141875- 2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of +I- 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee, applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming 25mm wide expension joints in concrete for full depth of PQC using early enty saw and subsequent cutting by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size, straight and smooth edges. Joints cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil, vegetation and other debris. The joint shall then be filled with pre-molded 25 mm thick compressible polyethylene closed cell type filler board as specified there after application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant Placing of closed cell medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 30 mm dia, over filler board and "top 12mm" filled with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS-5212, BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of+/- 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per manufacturer's instuction complete as specified and directed.

M&L for finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements by brooming while the concrete is still green complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated soil to a distance exc 250m but n exc 500 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Unserviceable material obtained from Srl Item No.2 above.

M&L for preparing concrete surface of road and marking 2.5mm thick center lines stop lines, dashes, arrows and the like n.exec 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo-plastic raod marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-189 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S&F metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 including excavation, earthwork etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size complete as specified and directed.

M&L for Framed work as in grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming fair finished drain or channel 60 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc compelte all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid dry or laid and pointed complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing n.exc 15 cm deep in hard/dense soil as in road side berms or similar works complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material exc. 500 m n exc 1.5 km and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as speciified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick broken stones or boulders Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick for laying floor finishes/interlocking tiles in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No.32 above but except interlocking tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved in plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6), using old size bricks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on brick or concrete surface in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 300mm Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed and tested with collers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone agg) as in bed to 300 mm dia pipe including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Returning, filling in, including spreadiing, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas in hard rock by mechnical means (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No.42 above but upto height 4.0m in successive stages of 1.5m (hill side cutting) with all safety arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete (1:5:10) type E-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing RCC 1:2:4 type B1 as in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed.

Use & waste of formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete raillings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide for fair finished surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia arid over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No.47 above but 6 to 8mm dia as in stirrups complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble stone masonry, brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified & directed.

All as per Srl item No.49 above but except stones as in parapet walls alongside roads complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Old stones obtained from Srl Item No.57 here-in-after shall be re-used.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing to face beds and joints, as specified of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses, hammer dressing with maximum depression 40mm on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n.exc 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete (1:2:4) Type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Bond stone and setting in cement mortar 1 :6 with joints complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Nominal Mix concrete 1:1.5:3 Type A-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including weathering throating and necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hand packing (any thickness) at back of walls over arches etc and raising (or lowering) to the required level with Broken stone or boulder complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto course in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes in walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling of stone/boulder masonry, built in CM or Cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantaling steel poles/struts any size including taking down light fittings, GI brackets, cabels, junction box etc complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only LED street light fitting 70 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum housing and heat resistant cover complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 40mm bore GI Tubes, 'light grade' galvanised with all fitting and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches in soft/loose soil n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for laying of cabels, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying bricks common burnt sub class 'B' designation 75 as in protection for undergroung cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed/ broken stone aggregate a in foundation, filling & mass concrete for fixing of poles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping/ muff for poles, incl use and waste necessary foam work and finishing the exposed surface even and smooth with 5 mm thick plaster in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.
