Providing and Fixing of 7.0 mtr Long GI (65 micron DFT single dip) octogonal poles uniformally tappered with thickness of 3mm with bottom/top Dia of 130/135 mm x 70mm & base plate of 225x225x12mm provided with proper door opened gear box for connections on the bottom side (as per Specifications/drawings) (BPP/Transrail/Utkarsh/Valmount/Bajaj or equivalent)

Providing and Fixing of G.I. foundation bolts 600x20mm long (set of 4no's per pole) is fixed with the Tar steel of Foundation along with MS rings.

Providing and Fixing of GI rod Earthing of poles and panels as per standard alongwith 25x3mm GI Strip.

Providing & Laying of suitable foundation (as per company design to be approved by the department) for 7m Octagonal pole

Providing and Fixing of Pre fabricate 0.90/1 m long galvanized Iron (65 microns) one way top bracket (standard make) to be fitted on top of Octogonal pole for holding LED Luminaries.

Providing and Fixing of Cable Termination & Luminary connections using 4/6-way terminal block / connectors & one no. of 2 amp MCB (Havells or equivalent make) including lugs, nuts& bolts,washers etc for poles with one way type bracket to be fitted properly inside the door opened gear box provided on the bottom side of the pole.

Providing and Laying of 16sqmmx2Core, Al Armoured cable 1.1Kv, XLPE/PVC insulated to be laid overhead , suitable for upto minus 30degree temperature conditions (Polycab/Havells or equivalent)

Providing and Fixing of Alumunium cable thimbles / lugs of sizes at termination points including providing of insulation tape

Providing and Fixing of 1.5 sq.mmx3Core PVC insulated multistrand flexible copper wire for service connections from connection plate to the LED luminary indidual circuit including loop & earthings laid properly (Havells/ polycabe/ finolex make or equivalent

Providing & fixing of 150 watt LED Luminaires IP-66, IK-10, 140Lm/Watt complete with all LM certificates /Phillips/ Orient/Havells/Wipro/ Ecolink/Bajaj/Panasonic or Equivalent make.”

Providing & Fixing of single phase phase street lighting panel complete with circuit protection, surge protection, UV&OV protection, suitable contactor & astronomical timer with min 5yrs battery backup.

Supply and Fixing of Eye Hook with Clamps and Dead end etc.

Supplying & fixing of IPC Insulating piercing connector
