Name of Work: Road transportation contract for transportation of imported material from different Sea Ports/Air ports in India to site locations of IOCL

Contract No: RIC/TC/2022 Important Notes: 1. Scanned / Photocopy of Price bid are not acceptable and such bids shall be summarily rejected. BOQ (Bill of Quantity) is to be submitted after making entries in non-highlighted cells, without changing any format. 2. Submission of any other file or format of the Price Bid (BoQ) other than the original file given in the Tender shall be summarily rejected. 3. Bidders should quote price & % value and GST applicable in the coloured cell. 4. Bidder are requested to go through "Special Instruction to the Bidders (SITB)" before participation in the Tender. 5. Selection of "L1" will be based on Value in Row No 55. And Work will be awarded on overall L1 basis. Spittable in the ratio 60:40 approximately. 6. Estimated volume mentioned here is the tentative estimate considering volume of shipments in the previous years which will be used to arrive at L1 bidder only. 7. The % quote mentioned here will be applied on every line item. Tender quantity to be split between 2 bidder in 60:40 ratio 8. Please select the option whether you are quoting on Forward charge mechanism or reverse charge mechanism from Cell N14. In case of RCM, GST @ 5% payable by IOCL shall be loaded automatically to the evaluated cost. In case of Forward charge mechanism, GST rate to be filled by vendor against each item in Column O. 9. In case of Reverse Auction, landed cost will be considered during auction process, hence the bidding rate shall be inclusive in case of both RCM and FCM cases. RCM vendors shall note that their bidding rate will be inclusive of GST payable by IOCL during RA process. 10. In case of "at par", please mention 0% at F55 for validation
