Fabrication, Supplying and erection of flange mounted hot dipped Galvanized Octagonal Poles of 10 meters height made out of 4 mm thickness HT Steel plate, having bottom diameter of 200 mm. & top diameter of 100 mm. complete with window with flash cover at a height of 2 meters from the base for cable termination block etc. and galvanized base plate of size 320mm x 320mm x 20mm thickness on existing cement concrete pedestal as required alongwith supplying and fixing of the following accessories in the window box provided for cable termination:- a) 6 mm thickness laminated mounted sheet inside the window mounted on, alongwith providing and welding 3 nos. G.I strips 4mm thickness of suitable length and having suitable size tapped hole -10 nos b) 63 Ampers termination block suitable for 25 Sqmm conductor 4 nos. & shorting links -5 nos. on DIN channel alongwith providing and fixing DIN channel of suitable length - 2 nos. on the existing laminated sheet. c) 6 Ampers SPMCB 'C' Characteristics Curve - 1 no., Earth stud 2 nos. welded at suitable height, 2 nos. washers, spring washers & nuts. d) Cable support clamp suitable for 4 nos. of 4x25 sqmm size LT UG cable.

Providing and laying of in position 1:2:4 reinforced cement concrete foundation (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) made out of ready mix M-20 grade concrete of size 750 mm (L) x 750 mm wide and 1600 mm deep including excavation of earth, providing cutting, bending and placing in position, reinforcement of cold twisted bars of 12 mm diameter -1760 mm long (approximately)-8nos and reinforcement ring of cold twisted bar of 8mm diameter - 2800mm (approximately) - 10nos.(with 150 mm spacing) as required with positioning of foundation bolts and providing 90 mm. diameter (O.D) DWC, HDPE Pipe for cable entry & exit etc as required.

Supplying and fixing of 4 Nos. 24 mm diameter X 750mm size long Gl foundation bolt (EN-8 grade) with nuts, washer including 2 Nos template of 4mm thickness size 275 x 275mm with 4 nos. 28mm diameter holes, to match with PCD of Pole base plate etc as required.

Fabrication, supplying and fixing of decorative type galvanized double arm bracket made out of 127 mm diameter x 750 mm long galvanized cap-tube with minimum 1400/ 1000 mm long x 60 mm diameter pipe galvanized double overhang bracket on each side with tightening bolt (Stainless steel) etc as required and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge for the following:- i) Minimum 1000mm double Arm Bracket for 10 meters Pole on each side.

ii) Minimum 1000mm single Arm Bracket for 10 meters Pole on each side.

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of energy efficient LED flood light luminaries of system wattages 150 watt complete with mounting brackets and accessories on the existing lantern of High Mast including connections complete as required. The LED luminaries should confirm the following technical specifications:- a) Type of LED: High power LEDs Nichia / Osram / Cree / Philips b) driver efficiency >85% c) System Efficacy >110lm/w d) color Index(CRI) Ra>70 e) Color Temperature (CCT) Cool white:5500°-6500°K f) Input Voltage. 140-270V AC g) Frequency Range 50-60Hz h) Power Factor(PF) > 0.90 i) Surge protection = 4.0KV j) Total Harmonic Distortion(THD)< 10% k) Working Environment 0°C to 50°C;10%-90%RH l) Working lifetime: >50000hrs m) IP Rating :- IP66 n) Housing and finish:-epoxy powder coated die cast aluminum housing with elegantly designed heat sink for efficient thermal management and to excellent corrosion resistant, cable gland P49 is provided at cable entry cover & high quality toughned glass.

Supplying, laying and fixing of following size PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE aluminum conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering. (a) 4 x 25 sq.mm

Supplying and drawing of following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required. (a) 3 x 1.5 sq. mm

Supplying & laying of 63mm outer diameter double walled corrugated (DWC) High Density Poly Ethylene (HDPE) pipe (duly ISI marked) having corrugation of the outer wall & plain surface on inner wall confirming to IS : 14930 (Part-II) complete with necessary accessories for protection of underground cable directly in ground in hard soil /soft soil/RCC/Bitumins etc. at a depth of 50 cm including excavation, refilling the trench & making good the same etc as required.

Providing and fixing of 6 SWG diameter G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meters long, 40 mm diameter including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.
