CONTRACTOR’S SCOPE INCLUDES 1. All Paints, Primer, Putty, and other consumables as required to complete the work. 2. All labour, tools & plants as required. 3. All paint brushes & rollers etc. of approved makes. 4. All Emery Paper / Sandpaper of required Grit, Dhoti etc. 5. All ropes, lifts, ladders, Jhula, facemasks & safety equipment’s for ensuring the safety of the workers. 6. Metal cup lock scaffolding wherever required. 7. All lifts and leads. CONTRACTORS SCOPE WILL ALSO INCLUDE: Before starting work in the area: to temporarily cover the floors, furniture, switch sockets, fans, lights, windows with masking tape / plastic sheets. Contractor will provide the labour and Covering materials to cover everything in/around the areas getting painted. and After completion of work in the area: removing the covering materials from the area, cleaning of any paint stains in the area and handing over the area clean in all respects including cleaning the glass in door/windowpanes. NOTE: All surfaces will be measured in square meters only. There will be no measurement in running meters. All Faces, Edges, cornices etc. will be measured in square meters only.

SCRAPPING AND SANDING OF WALLS & CEILING: to remove existing paint and undulations and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. SANDING TO BE DONE WITH DUST FREE MECHANICAL SANDING MACHINES.

REPAIR TO PLASTER of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement-based polymer modified self-curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. APPROVED MAKES OF PLASTER: (BIRLA, JK CEMENT, GYPROC, FOSROC, SIKA)

EXTERIOR PAINTING: Finishing walls with 2 or more COATS of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives. Two coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm. INTERIOR PUTTY: Providing and applying white cement-based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. APPROVED MAKES FOR PUTTY: (BIRLA WHITE, JK WALL PUTTY, BERGER WALL PUTTY, ASIAN PAINTS WALL PUTTY, DULUX WALL PUTTY, NEROLAC WALL PUTTY)

INTERIOR PAINTING: Wall painting with 2 or more COATS of premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour Including priming coat of approved brand wall primer. APPROVED MAKES FOR PAINT: (BERGER RANGOLI TOTAL CARE, ASIAN PAINTS APCOLITE PREMIUM EMULSION, NEROLAC PEARLS INTERIOR EMULSION, DULUX SUPER CLEAN 3 IN 1)

INTERIOR PAINTING: Ceiling painting with 1 or more COATS of premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour Including priming coat of approved brand wall primer. APPROVED MAKES FOR PAINT: (BERGER RANGOLI TOTAL CARE, ASIAN PAINTS APCOLITE PREMIUM EMULSION, NEROLAC PEARLS INTERIOR EMULSION, DULUX SUPER CLEAN 3 IN 1)

INTERIOR PAINTING: Wall painting with 2 or more COATS of SYNTHETIC ENAMEL PAINT of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour Including priming coat of approved brand wall primer. APPROVED MAKES FOR PAINT: (BERGER LUXOL SATIN ENAMEL, ASIAN PAINTS APCOLITE PREMIUM SATIN ENAMEL, NEROLAC SATIN ENAMEL, DULUX SUPER SATIN)

POLISH WORK: Polishing on woodwork with readymade wax polish of approved brand and manufacture. Old Work.

PAINTING WOODWORK / ENAMEL WORK: Enamel Painting of Woodwork/ Metal Work at all heights and levels including a) surface preparation (scrapping, sanding, cleaning) b) applying primer & repair putty on the surface. c) painting 2 coats on the surface. All work completes as per the directions of the engineer in charge.
