Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11kV Pilfer resistant metering cubicle for 3phase 4 wire metering system made of MS Sheet steelthickness not less than 2mm duly power coat painted suitable for indoor as well as outdoor as per the site requirement. The cubicle shall be painted through 7-tank process. The External dimensions should be adequate. Panel having ONE compartment only as per site requirement provided with synthetic or semi synthetic gasket firmly glued to the surface, Dust, weather and Vermin proof and shall comply degree of protection lP 65 to the chamber having one sided hinged door arrangements

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of i. Fresh indoor type CTs in primary 11 KV HV side of 600 KVA Excitation transformers & 250 KVA Unit Auxiliary Transformer (UAT) having ratio (50/5 A), multicore, type, make and class having VA rating of 30 VA compatible with already installed energy meters of hydro generators (3 No's/set) in Bus duct/cubicles. ii. Fresh indoor type PTs in primary 11 KV HV side of 500 KVA Excitation transformers & 250 KVA Unit Auxiliary Transformer (UAT) having ratio (11 KV /{3 I LLO v /{3), multicore, type, make and class compatible with already installed energy meters of hydro generators (3 No's/set) in Bus duct/cubicles.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Bus Bar details: CTs bus bar: - 40x6 mm copper strip or adequate size PTs bus bar: Copper wire 8 SWG or 30x0.6mm copper flat strip to connect PT terminal or adequate size duly insulated by the monoplast tape. PVC Copper wire flexible multi-strand of required size for secondary connections for CT wiring the minimum wire size shall be 4 mmz (RYB) and for PT wiring minimum wire size shall be 2.5 mmz (RYB). Copper Lugs preferably ring type duly crimped for termination of wires and tapes. Grounding bus of minimum 40mm copper, 25cm long fixed to the unit in HV chamber. The CTs, PT meter and 11kV Cable sheath shall be grounded to the bus through grounding wire (green) of min size 10mm2

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of fresh single-phase PTs, 50 cfs, having ratio 13zKV/fi / TLOV/V3, 3-core with one minute power frequency withstand 275 KV rms Galvanized tank, PS class having acc class 0.2 for switchyard.

Providing and fixing of 10 Core, 2.5 sq mm, l-100 V, PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, FRLS, galvanized steel wire/ strip armored stranded copper conductor control cable complete.
