IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDER BEFORE QUOTING RATES: Bidder has to ensure due diligence to comply with statutory obligations as mentioned in STC. Bidder shall quote rates considering minimum 12 nos. manpower required for execution of jobs ( S.No. 04 to S.No 87 of BoQ) as mentioned in Clause 2.00 of STC for 24 month i.e. 12 unskilled manpower per day for 26 days in a month for 02 years which comes to be Rs. 43,01,107.00. Bidder may fill any rate for individual item from S.No 4 to 87 of BoQ. However, total amount shall not be less than Rs 43,01,107.00. The Price Bids will be rejected if total amount in words and figures quoted by the Bidder is found less than Rs 43,01,107.00/- Reference calculation for 01 no. unskilled manpower is as under: Minimum total wages for Unskilled Manpower = Rs.443 ( minimum govt. notified rate as on 01.04.2022) + Rs.131.40 (29.66 % statutary obligations) = Rs. 574.40
