Dismantling of existing structure of Brick Work In Cement Mortar like culverts, bridge, retaining wall and other structure comprising of brick masonry, including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202

Dismantling of existing structure of Rubble Stone Masonry in Cement Mortar like culverts, bridge, retaining wall and other structure comprising of stone masonry, including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202.

Dismantling Steel work in all types of section upto a height of 5 m above plinth level excluding excluding dismembering & cutting of rivet as technical specification clause 202.

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m, all kinds of soil for pipes, cables etc. etc. exceeding 300 mm dia but not exceeding 600 mm

Earth work in excavation of foundation in Hard Rock (blasting prohibited) by mechanically of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material.

Providing and laying cement concrete mechanically mixed 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) curing complete including cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Construction of Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC Grade M30), dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501. (cost of steel dowel bar shall be paid seperately)

Construction of Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC Grade M30) with coloured pigment (3.0kg/50kg bag of cement), dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501. (cost of steel dowel bar shall be paid seperately)

Providing, shifting and placing precast Rectangular drain cover M25 grade of concrete including reinforcement having size (1000x850x125)mm, with 50mm PVC pipe for perforation, including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

Providing, shifting and placing precast Rectangular drain cover M25 grade of concrete including reinforcement having size (1000x650x125)mm, with 50mm PVC pipe for perforation, including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

Supplying, fitting and placingTMT bar reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clauses 1000 and 1202 including cost material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying heavy duty natural cobble stone 100x100x80mm laid over 25mm average thickness of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) laid over and i/c pointing and curing rubbing & polishing complete as per the design patteren and colour approved (Sub base concrete floor to be paid for separately), including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick heavy duty precast cement concrete inter locking coloured paver blocks vibro compacted upto M-35 grade i/c border or kurb block grey or colored over sub-base of concrete with 25mm thick average thickness of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of blocks i/c curing rubbing & polishing complete (Sub base concrete floor to be paid for separately)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 600mm dia for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets Clause 1106.

Supplying and laying of 120 mm dia (OD-120 mm & ID-103 mm nominal) size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting,jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) excluding excavation and refilling the trench sand cushioning and protective covering etc, complete as required.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.:- on Steel Works

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Stone solling for road work properly hand-packed filling interstices with Kharanja stone and consolidating with power road roller to the requested gradient and comber including spreading watering and rolling of binding materials moorum or earth etc. complete as per HP.PWD specification. 150 mm spread thickness (finished work including materials and labour).

Providing and filling, boulder filling behind retaining wall including carriage of material in all leads & lifts and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry / stone masonry /plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 110 mm dia PVC pipe (weight should not be less than 4kg/cm2), extending through the full with of the structures with slope of 1(v):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7, including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer in Charge.
