M&L for repairing open pressure filter of capacity 200 Cum/ hr, by drain out water, remove all filters media (sand & pebbles), cleaning the internal surfaces and applying one coat of anti-corrosive bituminous paint, pebbles duly washed and cleaned with fresh water and reassembling the filter media, including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for quartz sand in two grades for top up in the filter media with grade size 16/30 mm or 6/14 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F butterfly valve of size 200 mm dia cast iron body, flanged, class PN 1.0 including nuts, bolts, washers and gasket complete with by-pass arrangement, including taking down existing old unserviceable butterfly valve complete all as specified and directed.

Overhauling monoblock pump set (filter feed pump) of capacity 20 HP after removing from base plate disconnecting from pipe line and dismantling pump set, replacing unserviceable gland packing, gun metal bush bearing and water seal, applying grease etc reassembling the pump set and refixing back on the base plate and connecting existing pipe line with nuts, bolts and new gasket including dismantling the motor, cleaning the rotor, starter, varnishing, backing etc and reassemble motor and painting of motor and pump sets suction and discharge pipe line with one coat of synthetic enamel paint with spray painting also connecting the existing cable etc. checking and testing pump set for smooth running complete all as specified and directed. Note: The scope of work under this item shall be carried out in authorised work shop as approved by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F three core flat cable of size 10 Sqmm with bare bunched copper conductor insulated with PVC and sheathed with PVC for suction sweeper pumps with voltage grade up to 1100 volts generally conforming to IS 694:1990, including taking down existing old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed.

Pumping out the water from RCC balancing tank of capacity 50,000 litres at command swimming pool and remove sludge / mud thoroughly, clean entire portion of sump by scrapping with wire brushes, broom and wash out by flushing clean water and drain out, clean entire inner portion of sump by bleaching powder, including marking the Date of cleaning, due date for next cleaning and capacity of tank etc with paint complete all as specified and directed. Note: i) The entire Job under this item shall be completed in one day.

Disconnecting, removing, dismantling and rewinding of electric motor induction type three phase 415 volts 50 Hz AC supply with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable gauge including varnishing, reassembling/ re-fixing, connecting, commissioning and testing complete for 20 HP capacity pump set complete all as specified and directed. Note: The scope of work under this item shall be carried out in authorised work shop as approved by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for opening, dismantling and taking out defective chlorine dozer pump of 12 LPH, 4 Kg/cm2 capacity, transporting to workshop for repair and transporting back at site after repair and refitting the same on its position including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note: All spare parts as required are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
