M&L for preparation of old surfaces of wall (up to 3rd storey with necessary scaffolding) by mechanised method and applying one coat of cement base paint white or tinted all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall (up to 3rd storey with necessary scaffolding) by mechanised method and applying two coats of cement base paint all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by mechanised method on plastered/concreat surface of wall, chajja, facia, face of columns, beam etc scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying Two coats of Anti -fungel acrylic emulsion paint by Roller Make-Berger (Ist quality),or equavlent in Asain or nerolac including one coat of primer with necessary scaffoding up to 3rd storey, including necessary filling of wall care waterproof putty on uneven surface as and where required all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or from concrete surface including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, and removing unserviceable material outside cantt area, complete all as specified. Note :- Work will be carried out upto 3rd storey of bldgs also as per pirection of Engr-in-charge including necessary formwok and scaffolding required as per site conditions & no extra payment shall be made on this account.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on wall of brick work or concrete surface, finished fair and even all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and icluding priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 Sqm over new prepared surface complete all as specified including necessary scaffolding arrangement and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Rendering cement plaster, 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces of wall in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material ad labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls & applying two coats of oil bound distemper over two coat of wall care putty of 1 to 2 mm thick and one coat of primer complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 and finished smooth and even in ceiling without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash.

M&L prepration of old decorated wall surfaces (plastered or unplastered) including cornices, plasters etc. by brooming down by mechanised method and applying one coat of white wash on wall all as specified and directed

M&L prepration of old decorated wall surfaces (plastered or unplastered) including cornices, plasters etc. by brooming down by mechanised method and applying one coat on ceiling by Roller all as specifed and directed.

M&L preparation of old surface by by mechanised method and applying one coat of oil bound distemper by Roller white or tinted all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by mechanised method and applying two coats of OBD by Roller over one coat of 1-2 mm thick wall care putty and a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces all as specified and directed.

M & L for writing letters or figures (Block,Roman, Italic or Indian) not exc. 30 cm high including obliterating old writing of any description n.exc 0.2 sqm with paint to match existing work complete all as specified such as NP-02, P-101, MAP-101, O-2/104 etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- Work shall be carried out upto 3rd storey of bldgs also as per direction of Engr-in-charge including necessary formwok and scaffolding required as per site conditions & no extra payment shall be made to the contractor on this account.
