Removal of existing roof treatment consisting of screed bed, tar felts etc, including removal of debries to a distance exc 1.5 Km but n. exc 2 Km.

Disconnecting existing water tanks of any size including all fittings & tank connections, setting aside (or lowering if required) and hoisting (if required), reconnecting and re-fixing in position, including cleaning and replacement of damaged fittings, if any, all as directed.

Material and labour for 25mm average thickness Cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.50mm graded aggregate) padding over roof, laid in 1:40 slope, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for screed bed 10 mm thick on concrete surfaces in cement sand mortar (1:4), finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, including mixing only liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed Note:- Supply only water proofing compound will be measured & Paid separately

Material and labour for water proofing treatment by applying one coat of oil base bituminous primer @ 0.3 Kg / Sqm with brush / roller, laying of 3 mm thick APP based polymer modified membrane (mineral finish) reinforced non-woven polyester, weight not less than 3.50 Kg / Sqm and sealing all the over laps 100 mm in length side and 100 mm in width side of membranes, laid with torch application, complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface dressing not exc 15 cm deep in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing 100 mm thick cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base to floors and pavings.

Material and labour for providing 150 mm thick cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floors and pavings complete all as directed.

Material and labour for Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints in concrete slab having thickness 150 mm and joint filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’.

Material and labour for Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'A'.

Material and labour for 8 layer synthetic sports flooring for outdoor Basketball court and Volley court (1 Primer + 2 Resurfacer + 3 Cushion+ 2 Paint) also including Line Marking all as per specified and directed.

Supply and fixing a set of basket ball Back stop unit consisting of back board, basket ring with ring mounting plate, basket net, backboard support structure ( floor fixed pole) and padding all as per Official Basket Ball Rules 2020, FIBA approved for level 2 court and as specified & directed.

Material and labour for fixing of 01 set of poles and one set of net for volley ball court complete all as specified and as directed. ( floor fixed pole) and padding all as per Official Basket Ball Rules 2020, FIBA approved for level 2 court and as specified & directed.

Material and labour for Cement Concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate) in fondation filling and mass concrete.

Supply & Fixing PVC coated Galvanised Iron chain link fencing (mesh size 50x50 mm of 3.8mm dia) including line wires, to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil including removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix hot dip galvanised mild steel sections for posts and struts for fencing including cutting top to shape as directed, drilling hole, notching for wire, etc.or flat iron fillet (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling bolting, using steel section of grade E-165 (Fe-290) complete. Note for item No 18,20&21:- Coating of hot dipped galvanisation shall be not less than 86 micron (610 gram/sqm) thick. Contractor shall produce certificate regarding hot dipped galvanised steel work from the Govt Agency. All the testing charges shall be borne by the Contractor.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete.

Supply & Fix hot dip galvanised Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5 cm long & dia of shank 11 to 15 mm long.

Supply and fix hot dipped galvanised Round Mild steel bars 6mm to 8mm dia , Fe-290(Gde-E-165)cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including galvanised mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips as in line wire for chain link fencing.

Material and labour for providing precast cement concrete (1:5:8) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) solid building blocks exc 10 cm thick, in width (with plain or inter locking joints as directed) setting in CM 1:6 complete in walls or pillars all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces.

Material and labour for preparation of plastered surface of walls including pilaster / cornices etc and applying two coats of Exterior Acrylic emulsion paint of any tint as approved over one coat of primer applied as per manufacturer's instruction complete. Makes - NEROLAC (Excel) / ASIAN 'APEX' / DULUX "WEATHER SHIELD WATER PROOF".
