Cleaning of corrosive product of inside surfaces,top roof cover,nozzles,flanges ,channels etc of 7114 WS-4 & 7114 WS-5 tanks having cylindrical diameter 7.5 Mtr and height 6 Mtr and 12 Mtr diameter x 12 Mtr height.After removal of above the inside surface of tank is to be prepared smooth/even/clean by shot blasting and afterwards cleaning and applying (as recommended by manufacturer of finished coat paint)two coats each of 40 to 45 micron dry film thickness of approved make and shade of epoxy paint with two coats (each 30 to 35 micron)of epoxy primer at HWPK site.the required scaffolding is the scope of contractor.
