Providing arrangements for New year,Vaikunta Ekadasi,Sriramanavami,Maha Sivaratri and other festivals at Narayanavanam,Nagalapuram,Nagari,Bugga,Satrawada in Tirupati & Chittoor districts for the year 2026-27

Hire charges for erection and removal of barricading with MS pipes at required places with MS pipes of 40mm diameter using 2.45 m long verticals and 3 to 6 metres horizontals. The barrication provided such that it shall be 2m above ground level and 0.45 m pipe embeded in the ground with necessary earth work excavation in all soils upto 0.45m to 0.60 m depth (except rock requiring chiselling). The Horizontals shall be in 3 rows one at 0.50 metres from bottom and balance two rows at 0.70 metres intervals leaving top gap of 0.10 m to 0.15 m and using vertical pipes at a spacing of 2.40 mts to 2.70 mts using special type gripper clamps ("Nandu" clamps) for keeping the both horizontal and vertical intact and joining pins for horizontals. The barrication shall be strongly fixed with out any shaking including providing inclined struts wherever necessary including labour charges for all the operations such as loading unloading erection, removal etc., including conveyance charges to site (both ways ) and removing the same after completion of the festival and taking away the material etc., duly refilling the pits and levelling the surface etc., complete as directed during the execution. All the clamps shall be covered with rubber sheet for safety, so as to aviod exposure of sharp edges. The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fixing etc., complete. The rate is for below mentioned calendar days.

Hire charges for erection and removal of flat/sloped roof M.S pipes pendals using 40mm MS pipes, for verticals, horizontaila and roof supports etc, fixing with special type gripper MS clamps (Nandu clamps) extra horizontal bracings should be provided from at 2.40 m to roof level and jointing with special type griper MS clamps (Nandu clamps) for for horizontal bracings and column roofing including earth work excavation in all soils (Except rock requiring blasting) to a depth of 0.40m to 0.60m. The vertical posts are to be fixed strongly with out any shaking. The roof shall be covered with G.I sheet/Alluminium sheet/Galvalume sheet and firmly fixed to the purlins etc., complete,as directed during execution. The rate including conveyance and hire charges of all materials such as MS pipes, clamps, GI Sheet/Aluminiumsheet/Galvalume sheet etc and labour charges for fixing and removal etc., complete. Hire charges for providing & fixing of good quality GI sheets ( 22 to 26 gauge) ( plain or carrugated ) sheets to the available frame work for roof or sides for function/festival pendals. The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fixing etc., complete. The rate is for below mentioned calendar days. * The relevant conditions of the foot note mentioned at the end of these items/chapter applies.

Hire charges for providing White ceiling cloth for decorating the pendals and Mandapam with necessary frame work with decorative frills (jallars) around and border and decorative frills (jallars) at the centre with red or green colour or any other attractive colour wherever necessary etc., complete as directed during execution. The ceiling cloth should be pure white in colour and with out any patches and preferably new or neatly washed and should be in good condition through out the Festival or Ustvam period and should be removed after the same is over and should be repaired or replaced as and when tornout by any means including due to rain with out any extra cost .The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fixing etc., complete The rate is for below mentioned calendar days.(The rate for pendals will be paid as per area of pendals measured on covering plain area). Note:If, there is any deviation in the usage of good quality of cloth effecting the pleasing appearance and if the contractor fails to rectify it as per the directions of Engineer in charge, a penalty will be imposed by the Engineer in charge. * The relevant conditions of the foot note mentioned at the end of these items/chapter applies.

Labour charges for fixing various sizes of G.I Chain links and tying in position to the posts / angles or supports with G.I wire including the cost of the G.I wire etc., complete as directed during execution (excluding cost of G.I chain links angles, posts, bolts and nuts) and fixing with bolts and nuts to the angles.

Hire charges for erection and removal of barricading with M.S. frames made with MS hallow square tubes. The barrication provided such that it shall be 1.20m height above the ground level and fixed to the ground (Earth/CC road/B.T road )with base anchors made with MS angle/channels true to alignment. The barrication shall be strongly fixed without any shaking including providing inclined struts wherever necessary including labour charges for all the operations such as loading, unloading ,erection, removal etc., including conveyance charges to site both ways)and removing the same after completion of the festival and taking away the material etc., complete as directed during the execution .

Hire charges for erection and removal of MS pipes Pendals with MS pipes 40 mm dia for veridical, horizontals bracings and roofing. The pendals are firmly fixed with bracings and with necessary frame work/rope etc., and the roof covered with thick white ceiling cloth along with all round frills (jallars) including anchoring to the ropes to the ground with suitable anchoring and necessary watch and ward against theft and fire accidents and incidental charges etc. complete as directed during execution. The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials (Transportation charges) and labour charges for fixing etc., complete . The rate is for below mentioned calendar days.(The rate for pendals will be paid as per area of pendals measured on covering plan area). Note:- If, there is any deviation in the usage of good quality of cloth effecting pleasing appearance and if the contractor fails to rectify it as per the directions of Engineer in charge, suitable penalty shall be imposed by the Engineer-in-Charge. * The relevant conditions of the foot note mentioned at the end of these items/chapter applies.

1.Erection should be completed before two days of Festival/ Utsavam as directed during execution for Pendals, Barrication and Dias.

2.Suitable tying arrangements shall be made such that the pendals/shelters laid shall withstand heavy wind & rain.

3.Proper slopes shall be maintained for smooth drainage of rain water.

4.The shelter provided shall be capable to support necessary illumination, PA system, decoration work, display TVs etc.,

5.The agency shall allow the electrical / flower decoration/ PA system etc., over the shelter/barrication/ ceiling cloth etc., without any extra cost.

6.Adequate watch and ward shall be provided by the agency at his cost and dept. will not be responsible for any loss due to thefts/accidents etc.,

7.All the sharp projections shall be adequately covered with rubber sheet to avoid possible injuries.

8.The rain proof shelters provided shall be leak proof.
