Demolition of brick/block work or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: The rate is including removal of debris/waste material from the working site before completion/ after completion of work.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L pre cast concrete block masonry 1:3:6 Type C1 (20mm graded aggregate) with solid block exceeding 10 cm in width and setting CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: The rate is including removal of debris/waste material from the working site before completion/ after completion of work.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on surfaces other than fair face of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing the new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over primer on walls all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Screed bed or bedding layer or mortar 20mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles as desired colour and pattern of size 30cm x 30 cm X 25mm thick, rubber moulded set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors 110mm bore complete all as specified and as directed by Egnr-in-Charge.

Taking down existing unserviceable delineators of any type, provision of 3M Black & White Road Delineator vertical Post metal body of size 1200mm long with rectangle shape fitted with 500mm long highly reflective reflector around including excavation and earthwork in soft / loose soil, including provision of PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in blocks of size 150mm x 150mm x 150mm for erecting delineators, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down existing unserviceable traffic sign board of any size and any type, provision of traffic sign boards made of high intensity prismatic grade reflective sheeting (HIP type IV reflective sheeting) pasted on 3mm thick aluminium composite sheet back with frame made up of MS angle iron of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm and fixing post (1No) of MS angle iron of size 50mm x 50mm x 5mm duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and shall be grouted in ground with proper size of concrete block in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (40mm graded stone aggregate), complete for displaying sign mark in 600mm dia circle, "SPEED LIMIT", complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and applying 2.5mm thick marking strips (retro reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete all as per direction of Engr-in-Charge and accordance with applicable specifications.

Providing and fixing post delineators made of ABS round body fitted with 2 nos 100 mm dia high reflective reflectors and mounted on MS pipe of 65 mm dia duly powder coated anti-rust and anti theft steel to be installed as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective sign boards made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bilingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours).Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. Mandatory/ Regulatory sign boards of 900 mm diametre with support length of 3750 mm complete as per drawing , specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Glow studs of size 100x20 mm made of heavy duty body shall be moulded ASA (Acrylic styrene Acryloretrite ) or HIP (High impact polystyrene) or ABS having electronically welded micro- prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by Engineer in charge. The glow stud shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The slope of retro- reflective surface shall be 35 (+/-5) degress to base .The reflective panels on both sides with at least 12 cm of reflective area up each side. The luminance intensity should be as per the specification and shall be tested as described in ASTM I: 809 as recommended in BS: 873 part 4 : 1973. The studs shall be fixed to the Road surface using the adhesive conforming to IS, as per procedure recommended by the manufacturer complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down existing unserviceable traffic sign board of any size and any type, provision of traffic sign boards made of high intensity primatic grade reflective sheeting (HIP type IV refelctive sheeting) pasted on 3mm thick aluminium composite sheet back with frame made up of MS angle iron of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm and fixing post (1No) of MS angle iron of size 50mm x 50mm x 5mm duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and shall be grouted in ground with proper size of concrete block in PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate), complete for displaying sign mark in 900mm size equilateral triangle, "CHILDREN AT PLAY", complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable direction board of any size and any type, provision of direction boards of size 1200mm x 600mm made of high intensity prismatic grade reflective sheeting (HIP type IV reflective sheeting) pasted on 3mm thick aluminium composite sheet back with frame made up of MS angle iron of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm and fixing post (2Nos) of MS angle iron of size 50mm x 50mm x 5mm duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of ed oxide primer and shall be grouted in ground with proper size of concrete block in PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying fine aggregate (50mm thick) spreading and levelling in layers n exc 25cm thick incl consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (SGSW, AC or RCC pipes) set in CM 200mm bore including PCC complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in -Charge.

M&L concrete bed to drain pipe in cement pipes in cement concrete 1:3:6 type c2 incl packing and hunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested 200 mm bore. complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in -Charge.

S&F Reinforced concrete 200 mm bore pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B 1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) in cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, ramp for hardstanding, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, hold fast including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
