Description of work to be executed

Removal of existing damaged fencing of chain link frames from base and staking the useful materials in proper place including all leads and lifts etc. all complete and as directed by site incharge.

Removal of existing damaged M.S.Iron gates and staking in proper place including loading, unloading and transportation etc. all complete and as directed.

Dismantling the existing brick masonry dwarf wall constructed in cement mortar by breaking of clods and breaking of existing damaged cement concrete base and throwing away the debris and useless materials away from the site by means of tractor trolley including loading, unloading and transportation etc. all complete as directed by site-in-charge.

Earthwork excavation manually for dwarf wall construction in all soils and subsoils and throwing the stuff away from the trench to avoid the earth sliding at suitable distance etc. complete as directed by site-in-charge.

Laying of plain cement concrete of 15 cm thick for base of dwarf wall using proportion 1:3:6 (1 part cement : 3 part sand : 6 part coarse aggregate) including mixing the materials, laying in base, compacting, curing including cost of all materials and labors etc. all complete as per the directions of site - in - charge.

Providing and constructing of random rubble stone masonry in foundation with hard stone (below G.L.) in line and level including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) with cement mortar C.M.(1:6) (1 part cement : 6 part coarse sand) etc. all complete as per the directions of site - in - charge.

Constructing ashlar stone masonry dwarf wall using plain and dressed sand stones obtained from the dhangadhra quary above ground level using proportion of L.S.S.(1:1:1) mortar (1 part lime : 1 part sand : 1 part surkhi) mixed with the additives like jaggery, gugal, methi etc. including cost of all materials, labors, sharpening the chisels, transportation, loading and unloading etc. all complete as per the directions of the site - in - charge.

Laying of sand stone coping on top of dwarf wall (projecting 75mm on both sides) including dressing, cutting, moulding, sharpening of chisels and fixed in L.S.S. (1:1½:½) (1 part lime : 1½ part sand : ½ part surkhi) mortar mixed with additives using 10 mm φ S.S. rod as dowels including cost of all materials, labors etc. all complete as per direction of site - in - charge.

Making and supplying of M.S. Spiked Grill of size 2.50 mtr long x 1.20 mtr high as per approved drawing and design using two vertical square pipes of size 60 x 60 x 4 mm wall thickness fixed at the ends and using 1 No. - 50 X 5 mm M.S. Flat fixed horizontal at a distance of 15 cm high from bottom and 2 Nos. M.S.Flat 50 X 5 mm thick horizontal at a distance of 15 cm and 30 cm from top of the grill respectively, making round cuts in the flats and welded with M.S. round bars of 16 mm diameter fixed vertical at every 10 cm distance c/c and welded with decorative arrow at top of the grill to prevent the illegal entry of tourists including cutting, welding, fabrication charges and loading, unloading and transportation of grills from workshop to site, stacking properly at site including cost of all materials and labors etc. all complete and as directed. Fixing of M.S.Grill over dwarf wall in proper alignment and level and fixed in the base and sides using nut and bolts including necessary materials, fixtures, fittings, labors etc. all complete as per the directions of site - in - charge.

Providing and fabricating M.S. Spiked grill gates by using M.S.round bars - 16mm in diameter welded vertical with M.S. Flat of 50 X 5mm thick Horizontal - 2 nos in centre and surrounded with M.S.box made with ISA- 60 X 60 X 6 mm including 2 nos. M.S. Channel Post of size 100 X 50 X 6mm thick and 3.00 m long including all fixtures like aldrops, cutting, welding, jointing, and loading, unloading and transportation up to site of work etc. all complete and as directed.

Fixing of M.S.Spiked grill gate in proper alignment and level including all fixtures, materials, labors etc. all complete and as directed.

Applying two coat of anti-corrosive synthetic emulsion oil paint of standard quality over one coat of primer over grills after rubbing the surface of pipes and flats, rubbing the welded joints including all materials and labors etc. all complete and as directed.
