S&F Factory made double rebate WPC (wood polymer composite) solid door frames/chowkat of size 65x125 mm of virgin PVC Polymer of K value 58-60(Suspension Grade) calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk ) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threated star heads SS screw having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum screw withdrawal strenght of 2200 N (face) and 1100 N (Edge)proof, minimum compressive strenght of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water / moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size full brick subclass ‘B’ burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall surfaces including glazed tiles wherever exists including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water and removing unseviceable materials out side MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plastering on fair faces of brick wall in two layers, Ist layer 10mm thick CM (1:6), and IInd layer 5mm thick CM (1:4), surface finished even and fair(without using nextra cement) mixed with @ 200ml per bag WPC (liquid type) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC (Liquid type) shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

M&L for 10 mm thick plastering on brick or contrete surfaces, in CM (1:6), surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces. Note:- 1. The newly plastered surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even all as per manufacture instruction before application of emulsion paint. The cost of all materials, T&P and labour required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rates quoted. (ii). The work must be got executed through authorised applicator of manufacture after concluding an MoU with manufacture for company back guarantee by the contractor. The authorised applicator of manufacturer shall be got approved from GE/ AGE (I) before commencement of work. (iii). All the material to be incorporated in the work shall be brought by contractor to MES store yard which will be subsequently issued by department for incorporation in the work to ensure the quantity to be consumed all as per recommendation of manufacture. (iv). after carrying out preparation of surface the same shall be got approved from GE /AGE (I) before application of distemper for each building. (v). The colour / shade will be all as approved by GE / AGE (I) (vi) The cost of Scaffolding wherever required are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor

M&L preparing newly plastered surfaces ,and applying 2 coats of Oil Bound Distemper over a coat of alkali resistent primer over 1mm thick wall putty on walls complete all as specified and directed

M&L preparation of old distempered surface of wall, pillasters cornices etc by washing rubbing down & stopping etc and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper complete all as specified and as directed

Material & Labour for Preparation of old decorated plastered or un plastered surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and including filling the nail holes and small patches of peeled off plaster of size not exc 0.01 Sqm by using filling compound of Altek/Birla white putty to obtain even & smooth finish by using sand paper preparation and applying two coats of exterior anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint having three years of performance warranty) over a coat of exterior water based primer of same make all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of paint and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) The old surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even all as per manufacture instruction before application of distemper. The cost of materials, labour & T&P required for preparation of surface are demand to be included in the rates quoted. (ii). The work must be got executed through authorised applicator of manufacture after concluding an MoU with manufacture for company back guarantee by the contractor. Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises from MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level including removal of rubbish out side of MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, surface finished even & fair complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair vitreous china squatting pan "Orissa pattern" size 580X 440 mm white with integral foot rest (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including provision of lime concrete bedding etc complete all as specified and directed.
