Special Repair to Tahasil Office Building at Lahunipada for the year 2025-26 _BUILDING

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white leadin roof including fixing of ridges wind ties etc. complete but including cost of fitting including drilling holes in wind ties.

Hoisting joists and trusses and placing in position including cost, carriage, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc complete as per the direction of E.I.C.

Priming 1 coat with primer red oxcide primer including all labour, materials, T&P etc. complete.

Painting 2 coats with any approved paint in iron works including sand papering, polishing surfaces, cost of paints, cost of all labour, T&P, etc complete in all floors as per direction of E.I.C.

Providing fitting and fixing of false ceilling with Aluminium anodised T section no-3215 with 2'-0" center to center, L section no-1705 upto 15 micron on walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and P.V.C. plug and the Aluminium grid 2'-0" x 2'-0" suspended from ceiling etc complete.

Finishing wall surface with Acrylic wall putty (water based) of approved make and finish smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of all materials labour T&P etc complete.

Collecting supplying sand for filling with cost , conveynce, royality, labour for filling etc complete

P.C.C.( 1:2:4 ) using 12 mm size H.B.G. metal well rammed with cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials and all labour, T&P, etc. complete.

Supplying and laying of M40 grade factory made hydraulically pressed and mechnically compacted free cast interlocking pavers of 80mm thick , coral shaped preparation of sub base with 50mm sand and levelling, laying of interlocking paver block with sand binding and final compaction with plate vibrator finshing the surface including cutting of blocks at the edges with all labour and materials etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation & plinth in hard soil including levelling the bed etc complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.
