WALL BOARD GAME LIVING ROOM Fabricating, Supplying, Fixing & Placing in position Wall ounted Board Game, as a Single unit of size as per drawing. The unit comprises of creating a chess board of Wood , created using Lazer Engraving, Wood chess peices like : king, rook, bishop, queen, knight, and pawn. All peicies will be embeded with 1 mm and better, magnetic tape (Extra Strong Premium Grade) , with hight poles per inch, sheet cut to shape. Approx 70 % of the back side of each chess peice will be covered with the magnetic sheet for proper holding to the chess board. The front sheet will be having the chess board pattern created with laser etching or engraving. The back lining of the playng surface will be lined with a similar sized flexible magnetic sheet or GI sheet. WINDOW BLINDS Supply& Installation Semi translucent material translucent roller blinds to block out direct sunlight. Roller Blind screen made of made of PVC fabric, 5% openness, head rail dia should be 32 mm, Bottom member of the screen should be flat powder coated. Ergonomic bead style chain mechanism on either side of the blind. Providing and fixing Roller blinds, with head rail and fabric connector with minimum gap of 6/8 mm if required With Fabric 79% PVC/ 21 %Polyester Fabric openness factor is 5% with thickness 0.50 mm (+/-5%), with weight 400 g/m2 (+/- 10%) Control Unit:-The control unit consists of clutch mechanism. The unit is made of high strength reinforced plastic. The clutch is of wrap spring design. High carbon steel springs are provided to transmit motion from the driven mechanism. Clutch is operated directionally by use of endless beaded chain to raise and lower the blind smoothly to decide height. Clutch never needs adjustment. IDLER: - Idler is high strength reinforced plastic, consisting of an outside sleeve and centre shaft. Sleeve provide bearing surface for centre shaft and rotate freely, providing smooth, quiet and long wearing operation. HEAD RAIL: - Is an aluminium- extruded rail on which the control unit and idler are mounted with help of brackets BRACKETS FOR MOUNTING CONTROL UNIT AND IDLER: - For heavy duty mechanism: Bracket is powder coated in white / color as per architect’s requirement. The side brackets are universal type suitable both for wall and ceiling mounting OPERATING CHAIN:-This is made of 4.5 mm plastic beads molded on 2.2 mm thick polyester cord. The pitch of the beads is 6 mm. The chain drives the sprocket correspondence to the sprocket in perfect match for trouble free operation. FIXING BRACKETS:-Are used to fix the blind to the wall or ceiling consist of (a) L Bracket :- is made up of mild steel with zinc plating having a thickness of 2 mm. (b) Clamp:- Made up of spring steel with thickness of 0.5 mm and is zinc plated. ROLLER TUBE:-Tube is made up of high strength aluminium alloy extruded grooved tube. This is powder coated / anodized. The control unit and idler are both fixed to the either ends of this tube. The fabric of the blind is attached to this tube. Incase of light duty the fabric attached to plastic insert and incase of heavy duty the fabric attached using both side tape. LOAD BAR :-This is fixed to the bottom of the fabric and the purpose of it is to keep the fabric and the purpose of it is to keep the fabric in tension and straight is made up of extruded aluminium alloy with a groove for fixing the fabric using plastic.
