Repair to plaster in patches of 2.50 sqm and under and 10 to 15 mm thick including cutting the patch in proper shape and replastering the surface of the walls including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with in a lead of 20 metres with:- cement mortor 1:4

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint (Ace) of required shade Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface

Providing & Fixing PVC fire resistant ceiling of approved brand & manufacture shade i/c beading, centrally designed & border all around the room complete in all respect.

Providing & Fixing PVC fire resistant ceiling of best quality & approved colour panelling on the walls of the room.

Providing and fixing panelled , glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestorey windows including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws.40 mm thick.IInd class Kail wood.

Providing woodwork in frames of doors, windows, clerestory, windows and other frames wrought,framed and fixed in position.Sal Wood.

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauge of I.S. gauge designation 85g. With wire of dia 0.56mm for doors, windows and clerestorey windows including bright finished black enamelled iron hinges with necessary screws.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on previously painted wood and wood based surfaces with readymixed paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping.

Minor repair of Rest Camp by repairing of then kitchen cupboard, ceiling of two sets etc.
