Dewatering and cleaning of septic tank, incl removing sludge with water, waste material from tanks/pits and depositing off the material to a distance n.exc. 500 mtrs and burrying in pits as directed by Engineer-in-charge and filling pits with earthwork (unit rate quoted will include the rate of labour/machines for making pits disposal of sludge).

Dewatering and cleaning of soakage well/ Soakage pits, and depositing off the material to a distance n.exc. 500 mtrs and burying in pits and filling pits with earth as directed by Engr-in-Charge (unit rate quoted will include the rate of labour/machines for making pits disposal of sludge).

M&L dewatering & cleaning of soakage well & septic tank using honey sucker/Sludge sucker with machine carring capacity 3000 ltr and dispose off material outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cleaning of sewage lines and blockage by roding using bamboo split or by mechanical means from manholes to manholes, Nahni traps to gully traps, gully trap to manholes together with vertical stack pipes (where ordered) , cleaning eye to gully trap and taking out all debris, sludge or any solid / foreign materials from sewage line and removing the debris/sludge from site and flushing with water & testing after cleaning of complete for pipe line of dia 100mm/150mm/200mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of blockage/filled any type and cleaning of frozen water and accumulated sludge by heating method with blow lamps or any other method and roding the cast iron pipes 100mm bore/SGSW pipe 150mm bore upto soakage well without damaging the WC and pipe and making WC functional complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 25mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates ) as in coping complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6(using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in subbase, floors and paving complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, laid dry in retaining walls, abutments and similar work complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for stone masonry walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, bulit in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete Type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregates) in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, ending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates ) as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking outjoints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) finished even & fair without using extra cement on brick/concrete surfaces.

M&L for two coats of cement based paint on newly plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M & L for coloured non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick ( square / rectangle) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the work including 15 thick screed bed in CM ( 1:6) complete all as specfied and directed.

M & L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 450X 300X 7mm thick, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles laid over and including 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick Cement concrete type B0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in subbase, floors and paving complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc built in cement mortar of any description not other specifically provided for etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Precast cement concrete type C-1 block masonry with solid blocks 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) exc. 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified & directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, mass filling , sub base and the like complete all as specified & directed.

S & F in repairs vitreous china wash basin white ,flat,flate back size 630x450 mm excluding taps,waste pipe,chain and plug and procelain stopper but including brackets complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repairs Vitreous China Urinal, Half stall type, white (excluding flushing cistern, flush pipe and waste pipe), complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs 32mm dia PVC waste pipe for WHB, urinals etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC connections 15 mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450 mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling PVC water tanks of capacity exc 250 Ltr but n. exc 500 ltr and removing to store complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling PVC water tanks of capacity exc 500 but n exc 1000 ltr and removing to store complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 500 ltr capacity rotationally moulded polythene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) multilayers layers of approved make hoisted & fixed at position.

S & F 1000 Ltr rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including 2 Nos 25 mm dia tank nipple and 1 No 32 mm dia drain plug all as specified in SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed.

S& F in repair stainless steel squatting pan of pattern "long pan" size 580 X 440mm with 'P' or 'S' tra, front or back inlet and foot rests, any pattern (excluding flushing cistern and flushing pipe) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC low level flushing cistern 10 Ltr capacity with & including brackets for fixing to walls complete and PVC flush pipe of LDPE pipe of pressure rating 6 kg (f)/ sq.cm , all as specified and as directed.

Note : Deduction for amount of Rs. 35,767.50 as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II (Schedule of Credit) shall be made while awarding of contract.
