M & L for rewinding of induction motor 3 phase, 50 Hz, 415 volt of compressor motor and AHU Blower , chiler , condeser motor comprising of the following activities for induction motor of following capacities complete all as specified and directed as per manufacturer's instructions.

(i) Disconnecting and removing the electric motor from installed position and loading unloading, transporting to authorised/approved work shop

(ii) Dismantling existing burnt winding from the motor and rewinding complete with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing guage including all material such as insulated paper sleeves tape varnish etc complete for class F insulation and including shaft metalising, bearing cover slieving , necessary replacement of cooling fan, nut-bolt etc

(iii) Loading, unloading and transporting motor & reinstalling in position and in alignment including electric conection commissioning and testing in actual working condition for 8 hours continuosly to check the performance on full load and designed RPM to the complete satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge all as specified and directed

(iv) M&L for replacement of 02 Nos of suitable size of ball bearing as per existing size of the following type and capacity of induction motor :-

(a) 30-40 HP induction motor, 415 V, 50Hz

(b) 10 - 20 HP induction motor, 415 V, 50Hz

(c) 5 - 7.5 HP induction motor

(d) up to 5 HP induction motor

Taking out unserviceable pipes and supply and fixing Mild Steel medium grade pipe 50mm to 150 mm dia connecting, welding, smoothing and making leak proof incuding MS fittings all as per site requirment and as directed by Engr-in-Charge including testing complete.

(a) 65mm dia MS pipe

(b) 80 mm dia MS pipe

Supply & fix water pressure gauge 0-150 Kg/sq cm suitable for fixing with 150 mm dia water circulating inlet & out let pipe by means of proper welding and connection with checking the running water pressure as per specification all as directed by engineer in charge. Make H Guru or equivalent of approved make complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of water temp gauge dial type 0-120 degree F of make H Guru or equivalent of approved make complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix flexible rubber coupling/star coupling for 5- 7.5HP elecric motor & pump, 415volts, 3 phase of existing specification complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge, Make Unique.

Supply and fix flexible rubber coupling for 10 - 15 HP elecric motor & pump, 415volts, 3 phase of existing specification complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge, Make Unique.

Supply and fix flexible rubber coupling for 15- 20HP elecric motor & pump, 415volts, 3 phase of existing specification complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge, Make Unique.

Supply and fix flexible rubber coupling for 40 HP (30 TR compressor) elecric motor &pump/compresor, 415volts, 3 phase of existing specification complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge, Make Unique or equivalent.

M&L for dismantling, disconnecting and decoupling of pumpset complete from the installation with the help of man power / chain pully and block after making temporary arrangment for hanging of chain pully block, incl shifting of pump to civil work shop for opening of pump and cleaning of all parts internally & externally and greasing of mechanical switch gear incl repairing of CI/SS impeller and replacing the unserviceable spare parts CI Casing wear ring DE/NDE, CI Gland plate, Key for impeller, Impeller nut, CI Stuffing box bush, Pump shaft SS (AISI-410), Gland packing champion, CI Bearing cartiage DE/NDE, CI star coupling, SS Eye bolt with nut, CI Shaft sleeve, Set Gasket packing, mechanical seal, remetalling of pump shaft turning and balancing, including machining work and transportation from civil work shop to site for refixing , coupling, alignment of pump with motor using steel coupling and testing of pump set complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Spare parts are deemed to be included in above quoted rates.

Preventive maintenance/servicing of CSU (ceiling suspended unit) type Air handling unit of capacity 3000/6000CFM (10TR),make : ZECO installed at NBC plant area elevated height 3.5 Mtr without any inconvinience to user and comprising of following service/ repair work (a) inspecting functioning of ball valves, balancing valves, 3way valve and replacing the U/S parts under respective item of schedule including GI/MS fittings such as flanges, elbows, Tee etc complete all as directed (b) inspecting supply & return air duct bellows, replacing u/s fastener, leak proofing, servicing air inlet, delivery, return dumper (c) Cleaning of AHU's aluminium fins by water pressure pump set (d) Cleaning of AHU Filters. Note: Minor items shall be included in quoted rate.

M&L for removing old paint and make surface smooth for spray painting on all chiller & condenser pipes upto 150mm dia with existing colour code & Marking of flow of fluids/gas on Chillar pipe/ condensor pipes inside/outside the plant room all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs of oil failure switch suitable for compressor (R-22) of Central AC plant.

Supply and fix in repairs of LP/HP Cut Out switch incl cutting, brazing all as specified and directed by engr in charge.

Supply and fix in repairs of Oil Pressure Gauge (R-22, R-134(a) for Central AC plant 0-300 PSI Make :FIBIG or equivalent approved make.

S&F in replacement discharge/suction/oil pressure sensor suitable for reciprocating compressor of capacity 0-20 Bar as per existing old sensor complete.

M&L for descaling of shell and tube type water cooled condenser and chillers shells of capacity 100TR capacity (4x25) including chiller unit & chiller pipe lines with MS shell and integral copper tubes with safety valve with Descaling compound (Copper Friendly) through cleaning with descaling brush with rod (7' long) and circulating by descaling water pump, replacement of gasket set and other minor parts. Make of descaling compound is Scalfoe-100 all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (a) PH value of circulation water after descealing of condenser is tested and it must be lies between 6 to 8, If PH value does not found satisfactory. Descaling is carried till PH value meets requirement. (b) Descaling compound should be copper friendly.

S & F in replacement of butter fly valve of 65 mm dia, cast iron body, integrally molded close and body construction with hand lever, operated and rating of PN 10 with thermal insulation as per requirement of condensser and chilled water line complete all as specified and directed .

S & F in replacement of butter fly valve of 80 mm dia, cast iron body, integrally molded close and body construction with hand lever, operated and rating of PN 10 with thermal insulation as per requirement of condensser and chilled water line complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for disconnecting electrical connections of motor located at the top of cooling tower and dismantling and taking out fan blade assembly along with motor mounted on base frame at the top of cooling tower after cutting all nuts, bolts and fixtures from the mounting frame and removing whole assembly including motor and base frame from the top of cooling tower with the help of T&P for servicing of cooling tower suitable for 100 TR capacity including following complete servicing of cooling tower plant through Descaling Compound Make- Scalfoe-101 complete pipe line, including servicing of cooling tower motor, fan and make the necessary alignment with motor and replacement of bearing of suitable cap including painting of motor & base after necessary work including greasing and replacement of nut bolts and preventing leakage if any by means of suitable additives etc all as directed and specified. M&L for the air cooled DX type chiller system of 56 TR capacity Make: Blue star installed at 7AC area (i) Checking of all connections in control panel of compressors and checking the programmable display with microprocessor card after operating all the electronic devices such as flow switch, actuator valve and all sensors if found error then rectify the same (i) Repair to complete Control wirings of compressor panel. Note :- cost of electric wires and connectors required shall be included in the quoted rate of above item.

Material and labour for carrying out leak test of central AC plants of capacity having refrigerant circuit comprising of two compressors with use of nitrogen gas and rectifying the leakages, arresting the leakages. after completion of leak test pressure testing with Nitrogen gas, refrigerant charging gas and testing commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:- (i) Cost of Nitrogen gas, necessary copper pipes and welding works are deemed to be included in the Quoted rates. (ii) Necessary Refrigerant gas measured and paid separately.

Note : - Cost of bearing and shaft and pulley work shall be included in the quoted rates of above item.

M & L for replacement of canvas duct conector in the form of canvas cloth secured to sheet metal on both sides inserted between AHU and duct to isolate vibration and noise from the source all as per specified and directed by engr in charge.

S & F in repairs phase indicator set ( R, Y, B) with indicator lamps suitable for panel mounted all as per specified and directed by engr in charge.

M & L for repairs to chiller/Evaporator copper coil of 15/20 mm Dia of 56 TR AC plant by blocking the damage/corroded tubes involving following activities :-

(i) Disconnecting the side covers fo the chiller and the chiller valves from their existing positions.

(ii) Transportaion of evaporator shell to and fro from depot area to authorised workshop

(iii) Leakage testing of the evaporator copper tube bunch having two circuits for refrigerant using pressurized nitrogen gas and finding the leakaged tubes.

(iv) Blocking the damaged/leaked tubes by brass plugs.

(v) Re-fixing the side covers of the chiller and the chiller valves to their existing positions with new nuts, bolts, rubber gasket and washer including insulation of evaporator complete shells

(vi) Testing the system for any leakage by using pressurized nitrogen gas and by vaccumising the system.

(vii) Preparing the damage surfaces of chiller as per exisitng including repairs to damaged insulation and painting as per exisitng shade for following capacities of chillers :-

Note :- Cost of Refrigerant gas for topup to desired pressure , nitrogen gas and oxygen/LPG gas for the above work shall be included in the quoted rate of above item, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Repair/Replacement of copper tube bunches of size 15/20mm evaporator shell as per existing size and quantity of copper tubes for 56 TR AC plant of make Bluestar, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs electrical panel Lock and key set, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for framed work as in grills of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing, complete all as specified and directed.
