Last 05 years details of outsourcing services provided to Central/State/NGOs during the years 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 ,2024-25 And 2025-26 (Attachment of certificate issued by an officer not below the rank of Class I officer).

The manpower firm/agency should be a registered body. Registration should be under Societies Registration Act/Companies Act/Cooperative Societies Act, in force (enclosing copy of registration).

Tenderers should attach their details and registration certificates regarding their registration under various Acts i.e. Labour Act, ESI Act, EPF Act, Service Tax Act, Professional Tax Act.(All documents mentioned in Annexure-1 should be submitted)

Agency should submit certified copies of business license from local bodies like Mahanagara Palika, Nagar Sabha, Municipality, Gram Panchayat etc. and the said license should be renewed for the current year.

Tenderer should upload the photocopies of the above documents through the E-Portal attested by a Notary.

Latest professional tax registration details and last five years clearance certificate (attach the certificate). 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 ,2024-25 And 2025-26 Tendered should attach GST registration certificate and GST filed challan

Audit reports of last 05 years of tenderer's transactions. Annual transaction records of last 05 years and documents confirming financial soundness by Chartered Accountants attested certificate of incorporation and minimum annual turnover of Rs.1,00,00,000/-(one Crore) for any two financial years in last 05 years. Balance sheet and profit and loss statement of previous years should be submitted.

Should Submit PAN card, photocopy of Income Tax Returns for the last 03 years 2023-24,2024-25 and 2025-26 to the Income Tax Department.

Tenderers should be financially sound. For this purpose, submit the credit facility certificate of 15% of the maximum tendered amount obtained from the bank in the name of Managing Director of Karnataka Uppara Development Corporation limited Bangalore
