Supply, fix, connecting and testing of LED street light fitting of 45 Watt with LED lamps & driver and made of pressure die-cast aluminum housing, IP 65/IP 66 road way luminaries with UV stabilized polycarbonate cover or toughened glass cover & high power LEDs as light source with LED fitting system lumen not less than 95% Lumen per Watt and electronic driver with efficiency > 85% with inbuilt protection against lightning, over voltage, short circuit and surge/spike protection upto 5 KV ensuring longer life (THD <10%, PF shall be > 0.95, colour temperature 5700K, Life expectancy of LEDs minimum 50,000 burning hours, warranty of complete luminaries fitting shall not less than three years. The fitting shall be tested LM 79 & 80 and test certificate shall be submitted from original manufacturer. The light fitting shall be fixed on pole with GI brackets all as directed including connection with two core 2.50 sqmm flexible copper conductor to control street light from ceiling rose to street light fitting complete all as specified and directed. Make: - Crompton Cat Part No LSTS-45-CDL-1 or techno commercially equivalent model in Havells/Bajaj/Philips/Wipro. Notes : (i) Warranty with service support of complete LED luminaries fitting shall not less than three years and Life expectancy of LED's minimum 50,000 burning hours, complete all as specified and directed. (ii) GI brackets will be measured and paid separately.

Sub main wiring complete with 2 runs of 2.5 sq.mm PVC insulated and unsheathed 1100V grade multistranded FRLSH/FRLS grade copper conductor cable drawn through and including provision of concealed non-metallic rigid PVC conduit 25mm dia and its accessories and connecting terminal ends to DB's including providing 1 run of 2.5 sq.mm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded FRLSH/FRLS grade copper cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly, including taking down existing unserviceable sub main wiring, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Two runs of 2.5 sq.mm copper conductor, one run of 2.5 sq.mm copper earth continuity conductor and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length. (ii) Extra length of cable / wire required for connection to Junction box to fitting shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted and shall not be measured separately. (iii) Earth wire shall run inside the conduit.

Steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP 31 (Overall length 9.00 metre) complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, with necessary bolts, nuts and washers screws, pole shall be painted with two coat of black bituminous paint throughout internally and externally upto planting depth (i.e. embedded portion in ground / concrete) and the remaining external complete pole portion shall be painted two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, painting of black & yellow alternate strips of 30cm each externally from ground level upto 1.5m with synthetic enamel paint, including writting MES Pole No. with synthetic enamel paint (first grade quality), complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (a) Earthwork and PCC will be measured and paid under relevant items of this Schedule. (b) Volume occupied by Steel Pole shall be deducted to derive the quantity of PCC.

THD ≤10% LED's used in fixtures should be certified to give minimum 110 lumens per watt. Light colour should be 5700 kelvin, including fixing arrangement ie. of GI bracket and connection with FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable of size 2 x 2.5 sqmm from junction box to fitting and 1 x 2.5 sqmm as earth onductor, laid through PVC conduit of suitable size, complete all as specified and directed. Rigid non metalic PVC conduit exclusive of boxes (junction/terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc. , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing transparent cover type street light junction box of size 168 mm x 253 mm x 115 mm made of high quality thermoplastic type with hinged and 4 Nos DIN mounted terminal suitable for 10 Sqmm XLPE cable, IP-66 (Dust and power jet Proof according to IEC 60529), shock proof, rust free, corrosion free acid and chemical resistant, fire retardant having high impact (IK 08) totally insulated (Class II ) made of halogen and silica free recyclable material, UV resistant having high grade gasket made of polyurethane with copper bus bar 25 x 5 mm -04 strip, one No MCB SP 6 Amps with locking arrangement and 2 Nos M40 size cable gland and one M32 size gland suitable up to, 10Sqmm cable etc., and fixing to the street light pole with 02 Nos, 25 x 3 mm thick MS clapms, nuts & bolts etc., complete all as specified and directed. S & F bracket for fixing to street light poles, made out of 50 mm bore medium grade GI pipe length n exc 1.50m each bend to shape inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat of aluminium paint and one finishing coat of aluminium paint, fixing with necessary MS FIat iron 40x5mm clamps & nuts duly painted the clamps with two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed. Returning, filling in, in soils, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm., complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Spreading of natural, clean and dry river sand in trenches for cable protection, complete all as specified in SSR Part-I and directed. NOTE:- Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid.

Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete for poles, stays, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) in coping, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water trough and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed.

Bricks, common burnt clay building bricks, sub-class ‘A’ designation 75, laid in trenches as cable protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 20 metre high hot dipped galvanized mast sysytem of three section, 3 mm sectional thickness top and 4 mm of bottom, Top (A/F) dia 150 mm and bottom(A/F) dia 460 mm suitable for 6 Nos 300 Watt intigral LED flood light carriage, symmetrical orientation fitted along with their control gear and having two point suspension system with steel wire rope of 6 mm dia and double drum winch with luminare mounting arm, aviation obstruction light, lightning protection spike, power tools with input voltage 415 and output voltage 240 V and integral motor including RCC foundation complete with following requirements complete all as specified and directed. Make : Crompton Cat Part No HM-20A-LM-ACC or techno commercially equivalent model in Bajaj/Havells/Surya. Notes: (a) The cost of earthwork, foundation, RCC, PCC work shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. (b) Warranty of complete LED luminaries fitting shall not less than three years with service support and Life expectancy of LED's minimum 50,000 burning hours.

SL. ITEM NO. 21.00 CONTD... (a) High mast fabricated from steel plates conforming to BS-EN 10025/IS 2062, cut and folded to from a polygonal section. Masts are in three sections for 20 Mtr heights having only longitudinal weld conforming to BS 5135/AWS. The mast is provided with a fully penetrated flange which is free from any laminations or incursions. The welded connection of the base flange is fully developed to the strength of the entire section. The base flange is provided with supplementary gussets between bolt holes to ensure elimination of helical stress concentration. For environmental protection of the mast, the entire fabricated mast is Hot Dip Galvanized (Single Dip) internally and externally, having uniform coating thickness of 85/65 microns for bottom / top sections respectively. (b) An adequate door opening shall be provided at the base of the mast. The opening is such that it permits clear access to equipments like winch, cable, wire rope, plug & socket etc., and also facilitates easy removal of the winch for servicing. The door opening is complete with a close fitting vandal resistant allen key locking with provision for external lock. The door opening is carefully designed and reinforced with adequate steel section so that the mast section at the base is unaffected, and undue buckling of the cut portion is prevented under heavy wind condition.

SL. ITEM NO. 21.00 CONTD... (c) Mast structure is designed to sustain an assumed maximum reaction arising from wind speed as per IS 875 (Part 3) 1987 (three seconds) which is measured at a height of 20 mtrs above ground level. (d) The high mast is provided with accessories which include a raising and lowering system (R & L), trailing cable, power tool, feeder pillar for automatic switching operation of luminaires, lighting finial and aviation obstruction warning light. (e) The R & L system will comprise of a double drum winch, SS wire ropes, head frame and lantern carriage. The winch is self lubricating and self sustaining type. It does not require any brake or clutch and has a lifting capacity of SWL 750 Kgs. (f) The wire ropes are of stainless steel grade AISI316 with minimum 6mm diameter and 7/19 construction. Its central cores is also SS and have a minimum breaking strength of 2350Kgs. The power tool is integral type suitable for handling the total head load. It has a mechanical torque limiter to ensure safety and also a manual handle is provided. (g) The design calculations/drawings shall be submitted by the contractor to AGE(I) from the approved manufacturer of High Mast structure. Approval shall be obtained from AGE(I) before execution of work.

Complete removal of existing treatment from PCC poles and applying two coats of weather proof exterier emultion paint on old painted surface over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

GI tubing light grade, 40mm dia with necessary fittings to lay in renches / fixed on walls / floors including provision of suitable size of galvanised flat clamps for cable protection, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of street light timer control panel, pole/wall/floor mounting made out of CRCA steel sheet of duly powder coated with locking arrangement, including internal wiring complete with bypass arrangements as per manufactures recommendation and design complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Havells Cat Part No IHXTS09120 or techno commercially equivalent model in Indo Asian.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6.0mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel using GI strip 32x6mm as earthing lead as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning, filling in, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) pit, funnel, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, 40mm dia GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe, CI frame and cover, wire, copper lugs, mesh, chorcoal and common salt in alternatee layer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable steel tubular pole/PCC Pole and making good surfaces as required at site, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable street light fittings of any make/size from existing steel tubular pole/PCC pole including connection cable from junction box to fitting, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable XLPE insulated, armored cable of any make/size including necessary excavation complete all as specified and directed by Enger-in-Charge.
