2Replacing Existing Electrical Fixtures
2.1	Fan Down Rod	-	-	-	-
2.11	Removing of existing fan down rod and replacing with already supplied Anti-Suicide Type Fan Down Rod, 300 mm long, returning the dismantled materials to the EMU store, providing necessary hardware, alignment, replacement of existing damaged /old shackle rubber bushes, damaged nuts, bolts, washers etc as required, reconnection of fan, testing and commissioning, making good the damages etc., complete as required as per site condition and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including submission of a report on the replaced fan down rods with location details in the format prescribed by NITC.	-	Each	-	-
