SPL REPAIR / REPLACEMENT OF OLD EARTHING OF MD ACCN UNDER GE (NORTH) BINNAGURI

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrodes of size600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to galvanised wire 4.00 mm earth lead by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR Part-I including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 with 50mm thick pre-cast RCC cover 1:2:4 type B-1 cover slab reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar @ 15cm C/C both ways with suitable handle of 10mm dia MS rod including providing charcoal or coke & common salt in alternate layer of 15cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode with funnel and 20mm bore (light grade GI watering pipe wire mesh, aluminium lugs complete in all respect GI earth wire protected by 15mm bore GI pipe and other end connected with main switch/ earth test pont, including dismantling old unserviceable earth pit complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required using 4mm dia GI or steel wire complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 15 mm nominal bore steel water tubes, 'light grade' fixed on walls, floors and in ground etc for GI wire protection fixed on porcleain/ post insulator with necessary clamps/nut bolts as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorous bronze, size 75mm x 75mm x 25 mm thick, drilled and screwed including 3 Nos. 8 mm dia. 25 mm long hexagonal head screws, including MS box 2 mm thick of suitable size for protection of test point terminal, including dismantling of old unserviceable test point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L construction of PCC earth cover of size 300x300 (internal dimension) as shown in electrical plate No 03 of SSR Part-I, any type C-1 (1:3:6) 20mm graded aggregate including 50mm thick pre-cast RCC cover slab type B1 1:2:4, reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15cm center to center both ways with suitable size handle of 10mm dia MS Rod including necessary formwork as required including dismantling/ taking out old unserviceable, earth pit cover complete all as specified and as directed.
