· 24 RJ-45 Gigabit Ethernet ports and at least 4 SFP/OFC uplink ports, with full Layer 3 routing

· It should provide high-performance switching with non-blocking architecture, low latency, and hardware-based forwarding.

· The switch must support VLANs, ACLs, QoS, port security, IGMP/MLD Snooping, and link aggregation (LACP).

Quotations should be complete in all respects at first instance; incomplete quotations and quotation of firms, who merely cut paste specifications from tender document are liable to rejection.
