Group-A Refurbishment of SS Yard Switch Gear & OH Distribution Lines in HSL Residential Colony

Supply of AAAC conductor 55sq.mm as per the specification

Supply and fixing of LT cross arm made with 75x 45mm MS channel lenght of 1.2m including necessary holes clamps and nut and bolts

Supply and fixing of shackel type LT insulators with GI straps and nit and bolts.

Removing and reerection of existing rail pole including excavtion of pole pits for removing and reerection, croncreting with new base plate of250x 250 x10mm thick. (as per the directins of site engineer)

Removing of existing LT line copper conductor and handed over to store including trnasportation. Laying, sirenging of LT over head line with AAA conductor 55 Sqmm including transport from store and replacment of damaged LT insulators pin bindings jumpers etc., (measured as single wire). Insulators and AAA conductor will supplied by HSL.

Supply and replacement of 11kV LAS with all necessary connections with copper flat and copper wire

Supply and replacement of 11kV post top insulators with all necessary connections and fixtures with nut and bolts

Supply and replacement of 11kV pin type insulators with all necessary connections and fixtures with nut and bolts

Supply and replacement of 11kV AB Switch with all necessary connections and fixtures with nut and bolts and required male and female contacts

Repair of exisiting AB Switches with necessary clamps, nuts and bolts and ensure smooth operation

Provision of earth station in compliance with IS 3043-1987 standards also includes connections for the existing earth flats and connections to the earth elec trodes

Scraping and painting of the 4 pole structure completely with 1 coat of red oxide and 2 coats of aluminium paint

Chemical cleaning of all existing porcelain insulators on the 4 pole structure

Supply and replacemet of the bus bar with aluminium 25mm hallow pipe with necessary fixing material and connections to the required AB Swithces and LAS on 4 pole structure

Supply and replacement of the 11KV 3 core end joint kits for the 70/95 Sq.mm. Cable with all connections and required works
