REPAIR / MAINT OF 66 KV /11 KV MRS WITH SERVO STABILIZER ACBs WITH CONNECTED ITEMS UNDER GE (AF) JAMNAGAR NO 01

Preventive / comprehensive maintenance of 66 / 11 KV EHTV switch yard (details as under) by performing following activities 5 MVA Transformer Details of equipments installed in switch yard:- (i) 5 MVA Power Transformer – 02 Nos (ii) 66 KV Line No 1(c) HV 66/11 KV Panel with IDMT & Differential & other relays - 02 Nos (For two transformers). (iii) RMU with Bus Coupler -01 No. (iv) HT Panel -01 No (v) Current Transformer (vi) HT Circuit Breaker (vii) Potential Transformer (viii) Isolator (ix) Surge Arrestors (x) Protection system Details of Activity to be carried out for yearly maintenance (A) Transformer (2 Nos of 5 MVA Capacity) (i) IR & PI Value (ii) BDV, PPM and oil routine test of transformer as per IS : 1866 (iv) Tan delta and capacitance measurement of bushing and main windings (v) Measure of winding resistance at all tap positions (vi) All low voltage routine tests.

(B) Current Transformer (i) Insulation resistance measurement – Primary to earth (By 5 KV Megger) (ii) Capacitance and tan delta measurement (iii) Checking of star point earthing (C) Circuit Breaker (i) Measurement of static contact resistance (ii) Checking of close / trip Coil current (iii) Measurement of Breaker timings (iv) High voltage test in Case VCB (v) testing (vi) Insulation resistance test

(D) Potential Transformer (i) Measurement of secondary voltage (ii) Checking of star point earthing (iii) Insulation resistance measurement – Primary to earth (iv) Capacitance and tan delta measurement (E) Isolator (i) Main contact resistance measurement (ii) Earth Switch contact resistance measurement (F) Surge Arrestors (i) Insulation resistance measurement (ii) Measurement of leakage current (iii) Checking of structure earthing (iv) Greasing of contacts (G) Batteries / Battery Charger (i) Measurement of specific gravity and voltage of pilot cell and solution level check (ii) Battery impedance testing (iii) Discharge test of battery sets (run down test) (iv) Discharge Cycle check (H) Protection system (i) Testing of all relay with logic checks (I) Thermal Imaging of sub-station. (J) DC Leakage monitoring daily & if any to be attended immediately Quoted rates shall be deemed to include the following:-

(a) minor consumable items, ie Nuts bolts, Control wires , PVC tapes, Welding Job, cotton waste & cleaning clothes, petroleum jelly, grease , lubricating oil, emery paper , T & P items etc. (b) Following testing kit for carrying out different tests (as per PGVCL / GETCO norms) (i) Tan-delta testing kit. (ii) Contact resistance kit. (iii) DCRM (Dynamic contact Resistance) kit. (iv) Breaker time testing Kit. (v) Oil (BDV & PPM, DGA) test at Approved Lab. (vi) Earth resistance tester. (vii) Relay testing kit. (viii) Vacuum Interrupter Tester. (ix) Turn Ratio Kit. (x) Winding resistance Kit. (xi) Transformer testing kit.

Preventive / comprehensive maintenance of HT Breaker and Transformer Protection Relay control 66 KV by cleaning the Breaker by using air blower, tightening of connection/controls, checking of all fuses, sealing of Breaker at bottom, repairing of Tap changer at bottom, repairing of mechanical parts, oiling/greasing of all moving -parts and carrying out following checks for smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed at site. (a) Visual Inspection Checking. (b) Checking of functional locks, interlocks, signaling devices and auxiliary devices. (c) Checking of suitability and correct operations of protections, control instruments and electrical connection of the circuit breaker operating mechanism. (d) Checking of Tripping Mechanism operation. e) Checking with stand voltage on the auxiliary circumstances. (f) Checking of with stand voltage at power frequency. (g) Checking of Breaker ON/OFF operation manually and electrically. (h) Testing of the breaker (j) Cheking of the Master trip relay(Protection relay).

(l) Checking of the AC and DC supervision relay (m) Verification of wiring. (n) Cheking of the Breaker control switch (o) Cheking of the Voltemeter switch (p) Cheking of multifunction meter (q) Testing of the MW meter (r) Testing of Annonciator (s) Testing of Breaker and Transformer protection Relay (t)Testing Master Trip Relay (u) Testing of IDMT O/C & E/F Relay (v) Testing of Differential Relay (w) Testing of Auxrelay Relay (alarm) (x) Testing of Buch Relay, Oil Temp Relay, WDG Temp Relay, Gas pressure low Alaram ,Gas (y) Charging motor Note: (i) Any spare Parts if found unserviceable will be measured & paid separately as supply only as below. (ii) Unserviceable parts shall be property of contractor as per credit schedule. (iii) Make approved as per OEM shall be used only after approval of GE.

Preventive / comprehensive maintenance of HT Tap changer 66 KV by cleaning the Tap changer by using air blower, tightening of connection/controls, checking of all fuses, sealing of Tapped at bottom, repairing of Tap changer at bottom, repairing of mechanical parts, oiling/greasing of all moving -parts and carrying out following checks for smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed at site. (a) Visual Inspection Checking. (b) Checking of functional locks, interlocks, signaling devices and auxiliary devices. (c) Checking of suitability and correct operations of protections, control instruments and electrical connection of the circuit breaker operating mechanism. (d) Checking of TAP position indicator. (e) Calibration of meters of 66 kv (f) Checking of the Lower and Raise the Tap Changer. (g) Checking of the Control selector seitch/Auto/Manual. (h) Checking of the Heater switch . (j) Testing of the Automatic voltage Regulator Relay (k) Relay testing. Note: (i) Any spare Parts if found unserviceable will be measured & paid separately as supply only as below. (ii) Unserviceable parts shall be property of contractor as per credit schedule.

M&L for Preventive / comprehensive maintenance of HT VCB 11 KV by cleaning the VCB by using air blower, tightening of connection/controls, checking of all fuses, sealing of VCB at bottom, repairing of VCB at bottom, reparing of mechanical parts, oiling/greasing of all mooving -parts and carrying out following checks for smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed at site.

(a) Visual Inspection Checking. (b) Checking of funtional locks, interlocks, signaling devices and auxiliary devices. (c) Checking of suitablility and correct operations of protections, control instruments and electrical connection of the circuit breaker operating mechanism. (d) Checking of Tripping Mechanism operation. (e) Checking Spring Charging Limit Switch Operation. (f) Checking with Standard voltage on the auxiliary circuit. (g) Checking of with Standard voltage at potential transformer and power frequency. (h) Checking of Breaker ON/OFF operation manually and electrically. (j) Testing of vacuum Bottle integrity. (k) Relay testing & caliberation. (l) Checking of the resistance of the main circuit. (m) Verification of wiring. Note: (i) Any spare Parts if found unserviceable will be measured & paid separately as supply only as below. (ii) Unserviceable parts shall be property of contractor as per credit schedule. (iii) Make approved as per OEM shall be used only after approval of GE.
